Not even a full week from the end of Toy Fair 2020 and we are already back on the reveal train! Tamashii Nations / Bluefin Brands have revealed a new S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball figure – Base Form Zamasu. This is how he appeared in the show before merging with Goku Black, so when he eventually drops you’ll be able to do some tag team action against the Saiyans. Only a teaser pic was shown, no official date, accessories or price were given yet. Read on to check out the image after the break!

Time to get back on the Flying Nimbus and update these S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball releases! Many have dropped since our last round of updates and today we work towards being complete once again with the gallery for Dragon Ball Super Zamasu. This is his merged form, after he combined with Goku Black. He comes with the parts to display normal and half corrupted, aka the big purple arm and face. In addition he also has an effects piece which works with Tamashii Stage stands and makes it look like it is hovering behind him. This is well done and looks great on the shelf. He’s a great entry to the roster and fills out the Super ranks. I do still want a standard Zamasu though, so he can hang with Goku Black pre-merge.
In addition to the gallery for Zamasu today, which you can see in full after the break – we’ve also updated our S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball Reference Guide and Checklist today! We’ve updated it’s format a bit, added new unreleased and upcoming info. And, to cap it all off, we’ve updated the MEGAPIC to show every single S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball figure released through the end of 2019! We are at 76 figures total now, who would have thought it would go this deep! Click the banner below to check that out!
We’ll be updating with Broly Base Form, Demon King Piccolo and Bulma in her Pink Dress later this week, stay tuned!
Our team at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 have sent back photos of the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball display from the Dragon Ball World Event 2019. New figures on display include Son Goku, Jiren, Zamasu, Broly and some others. Check out the photos after the jump. Highlights of the included figures are:
- Son Goku

Earlier this week, the first photo was released for the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball Super Zamasu. This evening, Tamashii Nations has posted the product page for the figure. For its release in Japan, the figure will be a Bandai Premium Web Exclusive. It should see a general U.S. release from Bluefin at some point as well. The figure stands at 5.5″ tall, and is packed with accessories. Zamasu includes multiple interchangeable hands, a massive extended right arm, interchangeable neck pieces, three swappable face parts, and the translucent halo that attaches to the figures back.
Pre-orders begin on March 10th, with a release set for this August. It’s priced at 7,020 Yen (about $63 USD). You can see the new photos by clicking the headline of the story.
Looks like our friend RamenRider was right, Tamashii Nations have officially unveiled S.H. Figuarts Dragonball Super Zamasu. He’s due out in August (in Japan) with a retail price of 9,180 Yen (82 USD). We only have one pic, which shows him with a pretty large effects piece hovering behind him, but no other details on heads, hands or accessories just yet. Stay tuned!
TAMASHII is thrilled to present another character for you to add into your Dragon Ball collections!!

Thanks to Toyark Forum member RamenRider for digging around the internetz, we have listings for the next 3 Dragonball S.H. Figuarts figures. Now, these are not coming from Tamashii Nations directly and there are no images so things may change, but RamenRider has done us well in the past so we are putting it out there as a very strong likely hood. The three figures listed are :
Zamasu – Standard
Zamasu – Fused
Broly (DB Super)
As of now, Super Goku is due out in July in Japan and is the last confirmed figure for this year. Both Zamasus (Zamasai?) are due out in August according to these listings, and Broly in September. Since we already have the powered up Broly incoming in April (Japan), this is most likely a new version if legit.
As with all S.H. Figuarts, if it’s coming to the States, it’s usually around 2 months later. Stay tuned for more details as they drop!
