MDS The Nun 006

Pre-orders have been opened for the Mezco Designer Series (MDS) – The Nun Figure. The Nun is the fifth film in The Conjuring Universe. It acts as a prequel to the original Conjuring film. In the film, the demon Valak possesses a Nun, and terrorizes a convent in Romania. The stylized figure stands about 6″ tall, and has about 8 points of articulation. Two swap out portraits are included. The Nun is priced at $33, with a release scheduled for some time between May and July of 2020. The MDS Nun is a super-D take on the demon known as Valek. She comes complete with two interchangeable expressions so she can switch between a menacing stare and a hair-raising shrieking expression.

Outfitted in her signature look from the film, the Nun wears a tunic, cowl, and veil.

The Nun stands 6” tall and features 8 points of articulation. She comes packaged in a collector-friendly window box, perfect for display.

Prime 1 The Nun Statue 029

Pre-orders are now live for The Nun – Valak 1/2 Scale Statue, which is being produced and sold by Prime 1 Studio. The Nun is the fifth film in The Conjuring Universe. It acts as a prequel to the original Conjuring film. In the film, the demon Valak possesses a Nun, and terrorizes a convent in Romania. The new statue stands at 45″ tall atop a themed statue base. Two interchangeable head sculpts are included. It’s priced at $1,899, and is limited to just 500 pieces. It will be released between August 2020 and October 2020. The Nun is a prequel based on a character introduced in The Conjuring 2. The plot focused on the origins of the demonic nun named Valak before coming in contact with the Warrens.

The Statue measures 45 inches tall from the bottom of the base covered with crosses. Valak is wearing a highly detailed, typical religious habit of Roman Catholic nuns. It makes a very impressive piece combining the nun clothing, pale skin and demonic yellow eyes. It also has an alternate Portrait with her wide-open mouth showing horrifying fangs.

This amazing piece is a must-have for all Horror fans!

Last year, The Nun was released in theaters, and collectible companies have really stepped up by offering a number of products based on the title character. There have bee multiple figures and statues unveiled from NECA, Iron Studios and QMX. The newest item is being produced by Sideshow Collectibles. The Nun is the fifth film in The Conjuring Universe, and it acts as a prequel to the original film. In the movie, a Nun at abbey in Romania is revealed to be possessed by the demon Valak. The new The Nun Statue from Sideshow depicts the fully revealed demonic Nun, standing on a diorama base inspired by the abbey in the film. The statue is roughly 1/9 scale, and it stands at 13.5″ tall from the base to the top of the archway. A Sideshow Exclusive version will be available as well, which adds an interchangeable portrait.

NECA has released final packaging photos for the upcoming The Nun – Valak Possessed Nun 8″ Retro Clothed Figure. The figure is currently listed for a release in the second quarter of the year. The Nun is the fifth film in The Conjuring Universe, and acts as a prequel to the original film. The figure shows the Valak possessed Nun, and includes two interchangeable portraits and a cloth outfit. See the new photos after the jump.

Sideshow Collectibles has opened up pre-orders for The Nun – Valak 1/6 Scale Figure, which is being produced by Quantum Mechanix. While QMX hasn’t opened up their own pre-orders yet, they have released new photos of the upcoming figure. The Nun is the fifth film in The Conjuring Universe, and acts as a prequel to the original film. The figure will include two interchangeable portraits, multiple interchangeable hands, and a scaled painting of The Nun as seen in The Conjuring 2. The Nun – Valak 1/6 Scale Figure

“Unspeakable evil walks amongst us”

Warner Bros. “The Conjuring Universe” springs from the terrifying true stories of the demonologists Lorraine and Ed Warren.  In The Conjuring they faced the malevolent spirit of a murdered witch, and in The Conjuring 2 Lorraine has a horrifying vision of a demon, Valak, that takes the form of a nun.  Now in the movie prequel The Nun, that demon stalks the holy sisters of a convent in Romania – it’s an ancient site that holds a dark secret — and a portal to Hell.

At 30 cm tall this collectible figure has over 36 points of articulation and features two different heads – one with her scary “I’m going to get you” stare and another head in “attack” mode with her wide-open mouth revealing terrifying fangs.

Her nun’s habit and veil are authentically reproduced as seen in the movies and she wears a silver cross.  Also included are multiple hands for your choice of horrifying poses.  She comes with Ed Warren’s haunting portrait of her from The Conjuring 2 and a round logo base.

Iron Studios has opened up pre-order for two statue based on the 2018 horror film, The Nun. As the fifth film in The Conjuring universe, The Nun acts as a prequel to the original film. The statue showcases the demon Nun known as Valak. This 1/10 scale statue will be available in two versions, a standard release, as well as a deluxe release with a diorama. It’s due for release between July and September of 2019.

Quantum Mechanix has announced that they will be producing a 1/6 scale figure based on the demon Valak from The Nun. The Nun is the fifth film in The Conjuring Universe, and acts as a prequel to the original film. The figure will include two interchangeable portraits. The figure will be priced at $199.95. Warner Bros. Studios’ hit horror movie, The Nun, has become the highest grossing entry in The Conjuring movie series. The film features a demon nun terrorizing a convent in Romania. The Nun character was introduced in The Conjuring 2 and proved popular enough for her own film spin-off.

Quantum Mechanix Inc. (QMx) is pleased to announce the first-ever licensed collectible of Valak, the demon nun, as a fully-articulated 1:6 scale figure. The Master Series “The Nun” figure will feature movie accurate costuming and two separate head sculpts to reflect different expressions.
