NECA has released new photos showing the final packaging of their upcoming Teenage Mutant Nina Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze – Tokka and Rahzar 7″ Scale Figure 2-Pack. The set was available for a limited time pre-order over the Summer. NECA has announced that the 2-pack will begin shipping to customers near the end of November. Tokka and Rahzar are massive, standing at over 7″ and 8″ respectively, with over 30 points of articulation from head to toe, including articulated eyebrows on Tokka.

Also packed in this massive 2 pack are real chains on Rahzar, swappable hands, a shield, pipe, wooden beam, fire extinguisher, mutagen canister, and a suspicious box of donuts!

NECA has announced the pre-order dates and details for the Teenage Mutant Nina Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze – Tokka and Rahzar 7″ Scale Figure 2-Pack. Unlike previous movie themed releases, this will not see a retail store release. The figures will be exclusive to TheNecaStore.com and it sounds like these will be made to order. Pre-orders will open on Friday July 31st, and will run until Friday August 7th. Once the pre-order window closes, there will be no additional way to acquire the figures.
