NECA Toony Terrors Wave 5 Figures 001

The Toony Terrors Wave 5 assortment has been fully revealed by NECA. In this wave, there are two all-new releases, and two variants of previously released figures. Included are a Bloody Ash from Evil Dead 2, a Bloody Tears Michael Myers from Halloween 2, The Creep from The Creepshow TV Series, and Ghost Face from Scream. The figures are due for release in December. See details below, and new photos after the jump.

Series 5 of the adorably creepy Toony Terrors line will bring more stylized horror icons into the mix! Standing approximately 6 inches tall, the action figure assortment includes Ghost Face with knife accessory, the Creep (Creepshow) with lantern accessory, Bloody Ash (Evil Dead 2), and Bloody Tears Michael Myers (Halloween 2).

Each figure comes in blister card packaging with a bonus cutout backdrop.

NECA Thursday Update SDCC 2020

Like yesterdays’ post, we will be rounding up all of today’s NECA’s San Diego Comic-Con 2020 updates into a single post. As they reveal new items, we will update this post with the announcements, previews, and reveals. We will likely bump the post a couple times for bigger announcements. Incendium Creepshow Statue 001

Indendium has revealed a new Creepshow – The Creep 1/10 Scale Statue. Based on the new Creepshow TV Series on Shudder, The Creep was designed by special effects legend Greg Nicotero. The statue will stand about 12″ tall, on a graveyard themed statue base. The Creep is depicted with both a Creepshow comic and a lantern. It is priced at $200, with a release scheduled for October. Celebrating the launch of the Creepshow on Shudder, and coming soon to AMC, we teamed up with the legendary artist, director, and all-around horror maestro Greg Nicotero!

Utilizing his original production sculpt for this amazing release we are proud to present the officially licensed Creepshow 1:10 Scale Creep Statue.

This ethereal and highly detailed 1:10 scale PVC figure features the Creep floating across a woodland cemetery, spinning a tale of horror with his comic book by lantern light.

NECA Creepshow The Creep 004

Now available on the horror streaming network Shudder, is the all-new Creepshow TV Series. The reboot brings in horror icons new and old, and allows them to tell a mix of new tales, and adaptations from all corners of the horror world. Each hour-long episode features two half hour stories. The season 1 finale has just debuted last night, along with the announcement for a second season. The show is hosted by The Creeper, an undead figure designed by Greg Nicotero. If you’re not familiar with Shudder, it’s an online horror streaming service that’s priced about $5 a month (though they have an annual subscription for 31% off that ends tonight). Like most services, they have a mix of new and classic content, all geared towards horror. I have personally been a subscriber since year 1, and it’s a solid service wit ha lot to offer for a pretty low price.

Today, NECA has announced a figure based on the new Creepshow. They are releasing The Creep 7″ Scale Figure, and have shared photos and details. The figure has about 25 points of articulation. It featured a fabric cloak, a comic book, a lantern, and a skull. It’s due for release in May 2020. Check out the new photos and full details after the jump.
