Yesterday, we shared photos of an excellent looking new Spider-Man Statue coming from Kotobukiya. Today they have announced that this is only the first in a full line. They have shared the concept poster for their Spider-Man Collection ARTFX+ Statue line up. Included will be:

  • Spider-Man 2099
  • Carnage

The new Walgreens Exclusive Marvel Animated Minimates by Diamond Select Toys are set to be released this week. They will begin to hit Walgreens stores on Friday, September 4. The 2-packs are based on Avengers Assemble, Ultimate Spider-Man and the Guardians of the Galaxy animated series. Included are:

  • Star-Lord and Groot with Rocket Raccoon
  • Captain America and Hulk
  • Spider-Man and Electro

Marvel and Diamond Select Toys have teamed up to announce a new slate of Minimates. Walgreens will be getting exclusive Marvel Minimates based on the current and upcoming slate of animated shows. These include Avengers Assemble, Ultimate Spider-Man, and Guardians of the Galaxy. Here’s the breakdown of the assortment:

  • Star-Lord and Groot with Rocket Raccoon
  • Captain America and Hulk
  • Spider-Man and Electro
  • Agent Venom and Spider-Man 2099

In a future ruled by a corrupt and profit-mad corporation, Earth is starved for heroes. Spider-Man 2099 is the first of many to fight back against the scheming of Alchemax. Granted his power in a laboratory accident, he fights the company from within, and uses his technical genius to keep his identity hidden from the high-tech Public Eye security forces.
