Sideshow Rise of Skywalker Kylo Ren PFF 027

Two new statues from the modern Star Wars trilogy are now available to pre-order from Sideshow Collectibles. They have opened up pre-orders for their Rey and Kylo Ren Premium Format Figures. Though each statue is sold separately, they are designed to be displayed together to form a larger scene. Each character wields their Lightsaber, standing atop a base modeled after the Death Star Ruins on Kef Bir.

The statues are priced at $620 each. Rey is scheduled for release between January and March 2023, while Kylo Ren should arrive between March and June of 2023.  You can see photos and full details after the jump.

Sideshow Con 2021 Star Wars Hot Toys 008

Today, Sideshow kicked off Sideshow Con 2021. During the first day, they revealed a number of new Star Wars related items. DST 2021 Showcase 077

Today, Diamond Select Toys held an online live stream showcasing a number of upcoming products from DST and Gentle Giant. During the event, they showcased a number of upcoming items. There are a number of new items in stores this week from both Diamond Select Toys and Gentle Giant. They include new Legends In 3D Busts, and a few statues. Licenses include Star Wars, Marvel, Bruce Lee, Mortal Kombat, Predator, and DC Comics. These are available from local comic shops and most online collectible retailers. Koto The Force Awakens Rey Statue 002

Kotobukiya Japan has released official photos and details for their upcoming Star Wars: The Force Unleashed – Rey ARTFX Artist Series Statue. The statue features a themed base, ans shows Rey with her staff. This is a 1/7 Scale Statue, and Rey stands about 10.5″ tall. Look for the statue to be released in April 2020, at a price of 15,000 Yen (about $137 USD). You can check out the new photos after the jump.

A new Kotobukiya STAR WARS™ project is now here!

The first artist in this collaborative new series is Kamome Shirahama who is known worldwide for her Marvel comics cover art!

Be sure to add this special Rey™ from Star Wars: The Force Awakens who is brought to life in Kamome’s unique vision to your very own collection. The original artwork that the statue is based off of will be included as a print with this figure.

Descendant of Light is the name of this work of art that Kamome Shirahama based the design of the statue off of. From the piece of art’s title to the posing and character design, all aspects are based off of Kamome’s original concept. Keep your eyes peeled for more to come in Kotobukiya’s ARTFX Artist Series.

Hot Toys TROS Rey 21

Hot Toys released official images of their The Rise of Skywalker Rey and D-O 1/6th scale figure set.  She’ll be coming with her saber, blaster, training helmet, and trusty new droid D-O.  No pricing or release date just yet, we’ll update when that info goes live.  Check out the pics after the break!

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker – 1/6th scale Rey and D-O Collectible Set

“People keep telling me they know me. No one does.” – Rey

A scavenger toughened by life in Jakku’s harsh deserts, Rey has been drawn into a galaxy-spanning conflict and learned that her life is being shaped by the mysterious power of the Force. She seeks out Luke Skywalker, the lost Jedi Master, in hopes that he will aid the Resistance against the First Order and help her control her growing powers. But when that quest ends in disappointment, Rey must find a new way forward.

Star Wars Black Series 22

It may not be THEE Force Friday, but today we are having our own little Force Friday with a look at Star Wars Black Series Wave 22 (Rise of Skywalker Wave 1). These are the main line figures released earlier in the month which feature initial figures for Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, The Mandalorian and Jedi Fallen Order.  The wave consists of Kylo Ren, Rey & D-O, Sith Trooper, First Order Trooper (with shield and energy weapon), The Mandalorian, Offworld Jawa, Cal Kestis and Second Sister Inquisitor.

All of these were also released day one in white packaging celebrating the first release.  Otherwise, figures are the same.  The Sith Trooper, Mandalorian, Second Sister and First Order Jet Trooper (not in this wave) also had Carbonized versions with different paint apps and a shiny glaze on them in a gold reflective box.
