Storm Bluefin NYCC 2020

A few New York Comic-Con 2020 Exclusives have been revealed by Bluefin. They have released initial images for their Storm Collectibles exclusives, which will go up for pre-order on October 8th. They will be available via BluefinBrands.com. Pricing has not been announced. Check out the list below, and images after the jump. Included are:

MK Motaro by Storm 013

Storm Collectibles has updated with photos and details for their upcoming Mortal Kombat – Motaro 1/12 Scale Action Figure. The figure stands nearly 9.5″ tall. It includes two swap out portraits, three sets of interchangeable hands, a fireball effect, and an articulated bloody skeleton. the figure is due for release in the Fourth Quarter of the year. Pre-orders are live, and the figure is priced at $110. Check out details below, and the images after the jump.

Mortal Kombat – Motaro 1/12 Scale Action Figure

MOTARO is from a race the Centaurians. He made his first appearance as a sub-boss character in Mortal Kombat 3. Motaro’s kind have come into conflict with the Shokan, a four-armed race to which Goro, Kintaro and Sheeva belong, as Kahn favors the Centaurians and aids them in the defeat and subjugation of the Shokan race. As a Centaurian, Motaro possesses a great strength as well as a razor-sharp tail that fires energy blasts from its tip, and the power of teleportation. He also has an absolute immunity to projectile attacks, as Motaro’s skin appears to have some sort of reflective surface that automatically repels long range attacks to the point of sending them right back at opponents.

We have previously posted images of the work-in-progress Motaro statue. Now, Syco has revealed the pain master for their upcoming Mortal Kombat Motaro 16″ Statue.

Fear the terrible roar of the Centaur! Leader of Shao Kahn’s Extermination Squads and sworn mortal enemy of the Shokan race, Motaro shakes the Earth as he marches his way into your home. This monster stands 16″ tall on a base that features a special design (a nod dedicated to all the hardcore MK fans passionate enough to figure out its meaning). With attention to detail and our fans’ feedback, we managed to finalize his sculpt by giving the Centaur more demonic and animalistic facial-features while still maintaining a balance between the classic and the new.
