Toy Fair 2019 Preview by Super 7 – Rocky, MLB and More

Posted on February 6, 2019 at 2:55 pm by Joe Moore under General Toy News, Horror Toy News, Sports Toy News, Toy Fair, Transformers Toy News

Super 7 has sent out a press release detailing a few of the new items they will debut at Toy Fair 2019. these include some new Transformers items, Rocky ReAction Figures, MLB ReAction Figures, and some Seasonal Items. Check out the details below.

This year the most exciting unveiling at Toy Fair is its brand new line, Supersports by Super7, a collection of licensed sports product. Launching with Major League Baseball, the Supersports line features iconic MLB players and teams from the past plus the best of today. The collection will include 3.75” ReAction Figures®, a Super7® classic, and premier a new Jackie Robinson figure in time to commemorate his 100th birthday this year.

Seasonal Offerings including Universal Monsters Super Buckets
While toys and a unique retro approach lead our portfolio, our design origins allow us to be a one-stop shop for Seasonal Products. This year, Super7 brings back Universal Monsters Super Buckets as the lead to its incredible Halloween line.

Rocky IV and Blind Box come to ReAction Figures
Super7’s continues to reinvent ReAction Figures with its latest releases: ReAction Figures enter the ring with Rocky IV and its iconic 1980’s boxing clash. Immortalized as a set of 3 ¾” scale retro action figures, you can now relive the excitement of the titanic match between Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago. For the first time, Blind box comes to action figures with the launch of MOTU and Iron Maiden Blind Boxes.

Deluxe –Transformers Super Cyborg
Super7 explores the insides of the world’s favorite robots with the Transformers Super Cyborg Deluxe Action Figures! Each 11” tall Super Cyborg figure is fully articulated and features a transparent removable chest, revealing the robotic guts within. The heroic Optimus Prime and evil Megatron are the first screen-accurate action figures of the original Generation One cartoon designs.

AUTOBOTS AND DECEPTICONS STORM TOY AISLES In 2009

Posted on February 13, 2009 at 4:56 pm by DESTRO under Transformers Toy News

This summer, the colossal battle between the AUTOBOTS and the DECEPTICONS continues when “ROBOTS IN DISGUISE” once again invade movie theaters around the world. The new DreamWorks Pictures and Paramount Pictures live-action movie TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN debuts June 26, 2009 and picks up the saga from the 2007 worldwide blockbuster film that finds two warring factions of robots colliding in a major battle on planet Earth.

For 25 years, Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE: HAS) has provided kids with hours of MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE action with their figures that convert from robot to vehicles and back again. Legions of boys around the world grew up creating fantastic adventures and battles set on both the planet CYBERTRON and Earth that featured the heroic AUTOBOTS, like OPTIMUS PRIME and BUMBLEBEE, clashing with the evil DECEPTICONS, led by MEGATRON. The toys’ popularity reached new levels with the release of the first live-action TRANSFORMERS movie, cementing the toys and the brand in the upper stratosphere of pop culture.

In 2009, Hasbro continues the legacy with its new line of movie-based TRANSFORMERS toys that capture the action and excitement of the new film. Fans will love the new action figures showcasing popular characters like OPTIMUS PRIME and BUMBLEBEE in multiple scales — with many featuring lights and authentic sounds and phrases from the movie. Kids can pretend to be a TRANSFORMERS robot by wearing the new BUMBLEBEE MOVIE VOICE MIXER HELMET that lets a child mix their own voice with music and includes “tune-in radio phrases,” just like BUMBLEBEE. To complete the fantasy, kids can pretend to battle the DECEPTICONS with the new TRANSFORMERS MOVIE BUMBLEBEE PLASMA CANNON. This awesome arm blaster converts from BUMBLEBEE’S robot arm to his plasma cannon and features lights and signature TRANSFORMERS sound effects. And, long-time fans will be thrilled with one the most powerful DECEPTICONS, the new TRANSFORMERS MOVIE CONSTRUCTICON DEVASTATOR figure, a monstrous robot that combines six vehicles into one giant robot.

Additionally, coming in the fall, young fans will enjoy TRANSFORMERS R.P.M.’S MINI-VEHICLES, a new line of miniature, non-converting TRANSFORMERS-themed vehicles that can be raced across the floor or on specially designed playsets and tracks.
