Over at Jedi News, they have a few updates for some upcoming Star Wars Action Figure box Sets as well as Star Wars and Star Wars: The Force Awakens LEGO Sets. The box sets will contain four figures from each of the six Star Wars films. The spines of the boxes will line up to form a full artwork display, similar to many Blu-Ray box sets. The figures, in the promo art, look to be 5 points of articulation “Saga Legends” style figures. They presume that these will be released to coincide with the digital release of the films. The sets break down as follows:

Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace

  • Darth Maul
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi

Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones

Kotobukiya has revealed two new sets of light up Star Wars Lightsaber Chopsticks. The two new versions will feature Mace Windu‘s purple Lightsaber and Yoda‘s green Lightsaber. The chopsticks measure just over 10″ long. They feature detachable blades for easy cleaning. they’re due out in February 2015 at a price of about $15 per set.

Right off the heels of SDCC, Hasbro jumped the pond into Germany for Star Wars Celebration, and they continue the Star Wars Black Series reveals! For the highlights there seems to be a 3.75 Darth Palgueis and 6 Inch Bespin Luke. Check out some of the shots from Jedinews.co.uk after the break, and head on over there to see them all.

Store exclusives such as new Vintage Collection vehicle repaints were shown. Boba Fett’s Slave I($99.99, but Amazon slashed the price to $69.99 recently) and the TIE Interceptor($49.99) are due out on August 15th and September 15th from Amazon. Meanwhile, Biggs Darklighter’s Red 3(no name is listed on the packaging) X-Wing is due out in October for $69.99, however no retailer is listed on the placard(EDIT: there’s a Toys R Us sticker that I missed on the box). In addition, a new repaint of the Republic Gunship with 2 gunner attachments(previously only available in Battle Packs from a few years ago) is coming in November for $119.99. We’re not sure which retailer this is exclusive to. Mass market Star Wars toy vehicles downsized substantially last year so the trend going forward looks to be larger vehicles carried as retailer exclusives. Perhaps things will change for episode VII but we shall see if The Force is strong with them.

We also have images of a Droid Factory exclusive which will retail for $59.99. It includes Commander Cody(or one of his troopers) and the Build-A-Droids originally planned for the canceled Droid Factory line earlier this year.

Over at the Jedi Temple Archives, they’ve discovered (and posted shots of) a bunch of new Star Wars Black Series listings via Walmart’s computer system. The price of $9.96 points to these all being 3.75″ figures.
