DC Collectibles has announced that, for the first time, they will be creating action figures based on the numerous DC Comics Movies! That’s right, a long time request by fans is coming to fruition this year. And they’re kicking it off with some heavy hitters. Included are the following figures:

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justic

  • Armored Batman
  • Superman
  • Wonder Woman
  • Lex Luthor

Suicide Squad

  • El Diablo
  • Harley Quinn

Man of Steel

  • Zod
  • Faora
  • Jor-El

These were created using 3D sculpts and are based on their appearances in the films. The specific scale is not listed. Yahoo was given the first look and there’s a ton of extra info after the jump. Read on to see the pics as well.

Update – the line is confirmed at 6 Inch scale, to be called DC Films Premium 6’’ Action Figures

Sideshow has finally released the official photos and more info on their upcoming Lex Luthor in Power Suit Premium Format Figure. The Lex Luthor statue shows Superman’s greatest enemy in the Warsuit that allows him to stand toe-to-toe with the Man of Steel’s strength. It will feature LED light up features and a metallic finish. A Sideshow Exclusive version will be available as well. It will include a swap out hand holding a pirce of Kryptonite.

You can pre-order the Lex Luthor Premium Format Figure beginning this Thursday. The standard and exclusive versions will be priced at $529.99 each. See all of the new photos after the jump.

Sideshow has posted one of their stunning sneak peek videos. their latest production gives fans a look at the upcoming Lex Luthor Warsuit Premium Format Figure. Pre-orders kick off on Thursday, January 21, 2016. Pricing has not been announced at this time. We’ll be sure to update when the statue is fully unveiled. For now, check out the video below.

Lex Luthor dons his iconic Power Suit (aka the Warsuit) in the latest preview from Sideshow Collectibles. They will be producing a DC Comics Power Suit Lex Luthor Premium Format Figure. The origin story for the suit has been tweaked over the years. However, the design points to this being based on a classic, pre-Flashpoint, Warsuit. No further info was released at this time. We will update as more details are released.

The Toyark is ending 2015 with the line that launched at it’s end, DC Icons! Today we are taking a look at #08 Lex Luthor, a modern Warsuit take from the Forever Evil arc. Sporting his traditional green and purple, this suit is more streamlined than those past. He comes with several accessories including an energy saw and wrist dagger. The sculpt is tops from the head down to the feet. Let’s take a closer look after the break courtesy of Big Bad Toy Store!
