Our team stopped by the Entertainment Earth display at San Diego Comic-Con 2016. They had a ton of their new Pin Mate Wooden Figures on display. They are going big with those, licensing numerous properties, with individual releases, box set and even play set for them. Licensing for those include Star Trek, Marvel, DC Comics and more. They also were displaying their assortment of retro 3.75″ figures such as Twilight Zone, KISS and The big Bang Theory. Overall, they hit numerous licenses across multiple product types. So, after the flurry of Suicide Squad figures hitting Ebay, fans were wondering what was going on with the variants. Well, we can finally answer that. Over the weekend, Twitter user @comicsremixed contacted me and shared a new photo. The image shows the back of the packaging. There are two different versions of Killer Croc within the Collect N Connect pieces. One features him in his full attire, with jacket. The other is without a shirt or jacket, revealing Croc in all his scaled creepiness. As we’ve already seen, there are two versions of Harley Quinn. But there are also two versions of The Joker, with different CnC pieces. Also, the Harley with the jacket has a variant, as one will contain a leg, and the other will contain the jacketed chest piece.

Last month, Mattel‘s first batch of San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusives were revealed. If you missed those reveals, be sure to check them out by Clicking Here. USA Today and Mattel have released photos and info for, what is likely to be, the remaining Mattel San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusives. Here’s what to look forward to:

Suicide Squad – Panda Man and Joker, Friends Forever Set – $40
Eagle-eyed viewers of the Suicide Squad trailers so far saw not only Jared Leto’s new take on the Joker but also fleeting glimpses of his colorfully costumed gang. (The dude with the big eyeball for a head is hard to miss.)

Now we’ve got a great new look at one of Joker’s henchmen, the lovingly named Panda Man. Here’s the exclusive reveal of an action-figure set ($40) featuring him and his boss that will be available from Mattel at Comic-Con (July 20-24).

The DC Collectibles DC Comics Bombshells line is going to get some fantastic looking new additions. The Hollywood Reporter has the first look at a few new items. Included are new busts, a new statue, a coffee table book and word on more items.

The new busts include DC Bombshells versions of Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Mera. The busts are 7″ tall and will sell for $70 each. Look for them to be released in October. They were designed by DC Comics artist Emanuela Lupacchino with sculpting by Jack Matthews.

The newest DC Comics Bombshell statue is Katana. Designed by Ant Lucia, the 9″ statue is currently penciled in for a January 2017 release. Like the busts, this was sculpted by Jack Matthews. It will sell for $130.

Suicide Squad, hits theaters this August and every new trailer bring more excitement. The DC Comics super-villain group  get the live action treatment and features the main crew, as well as appearances by Batman and Joker. DC Collectibles will be releasing a full line of statues, featuring the different characters from the film. We covered these back at Toy Fair 2016.

DC Collectibles has shared some new official images of the next statue. Check out the new photos of Katana, who is being portrayed by Karen Fukuhara. The statue stands at 12″ tall and will sell for $155. It’s due for release in August. You can see the new photos by reading on.
