Photos and details have been released for the assortment of new Street Fighter Ibuki 1/4 Scale Ultra Statue Series coming from Pop Culture Shock Collectibles. There will be three editions of the Ibuki statue available. Included is the standard retail edition and two PCS Exclusive editions. The standard release has no interchangeable parts, while PCS will have a deluxe version, with a second portrait and additional parts. they will also have that same version available in the “Player 2” color scheme. In this weeks newsletter, Pop Culture Shock Collectibles released a photo of their next Street Fighter Statue. Next week, we’ll get the full unveiling of the Street Fighter Ibuki 1/4 Scale Ultra Statue. First appearing in Street Fighter III, she has been a staple of the series ever since, appearing in both Street Fighter IV, Street Fighter X Tekken and Street Fighter V.

New photos of the upcoming Street Fighter IV Ibuki Bishoujo Statue by Kotobukiya have been released. The design art was revealed during San Diego Comic-Con 2016. Here are the details from Kotobukiya:

A Kotobukiya Japanese import! Kotobukiya continues its hit line of incredible Street Fighter Bishoujo Statues, adding another beautiful lady to the current collection including Cammy, Chun-Li, Poison, and more. Joining the fight is the young ninja who made her debut in Street Fighter III, IBUKI! While she goes to school like a normal girl, Ibuki is secretly the scion of a secret ninja village with amazing martial arts skills. She excels in taijutsu which borrows from a number of fighting styles including ninjutsu. Now the ninja girl is coming to you like never before in a fantastic Bishoujo Statue presentation based on an all new illustration by Shunya Yamashita!

Spinning into battle, Ibuki fights wearing her signature outfit and with a smile on her face. The ninja’s unique take on a traditional “dogi” consists of a loose-fitting brown garment designed for mobility; there’s a sleeveless top and short baggy pants connected at the waist, and large open sections offer glimpses at her athletic physique. Ibuki accessorizes with white wrappings on her legs and arms while the brown cloth returns on her wrist guards and the head wrap that ties her long black hair into flowing tendrils. The fighter is captured in a fantastic action pose, balancing on the toes of one foot with the other tucked underneath her. Ibuki leans forward and twists to her left with that hand outstretched in front of her and the other holding a shuriken at the ready! Despite the fierce pose she even has a cute smile on her youthful face.

Sculpted by Hogarii (Jetstream), Ibuki stands just over 9 ½ inches tall (1/7 scale) balanced on one foot on her specially designed display base. Get this ninja fighter for your collection and display her alongside other Kotobukiya Street Fighter Bishoujo ladies!

UPDATE:
Available exclusively from kotous.com and Kotobukiya retail stores. This special limited version of Ibuki includes an additional accessory piece to display her with a face mask!

Pre-orders begin on Friday, August 26th at 10AM PDT on kotous.com.

They have not yet opened pre-orders for the statue. Ibuki is scheduled for release in February 2017. You can see the new images after the jump.

Our next stop in the Kotobukiya Booth at NYCC 2015 is at the Bishoujo statues! These superbly sculpted statues show off the curves of some of your favorite characters. On display were –

  • Lucky Chloe from Tekken
  • Sniper Wolf from Metal Gear Solid
  • Upcoming artwork of Ibuki from Street Fighter

But not everything has curves! Also included in the assortment of Bishoujo statues was an absolutely KILLER Metal Gear Sahelanthropus, from Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain! This piece is a Plastic Model Kit and is all sorts of awesome!
