DC Collectibles has announced that, for the first time, they will be creating action figures based on the numerous DC Comics Movies! That’s right, a long time request by fans is coming to fruition this year. And they’re kicking it off with some heavy hitters. Included are the following figures:
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justic
Suicide Squad
Man of Steel
These were created using 3D sculpts and are based on their appearances in the films. The specific scale is not listed. Yahoo was given the first look and there’s a ton of extra info after the jump. Read on to see the pics as well.
Update – the line is confirmed at 6 Inch scale, to be called DC Films Premium 6’’ Action Figures
Hidemi Matsuzuka has revealed the first photos of their two new upcoming Man of Steel Play Arts Kai Figures. Joining the previously revealed Superman and General Zod are Jor-El and Faora. No release dates have been announced. We’ll keep you updated.

At a Hollywood Collectors Convention in Tokyo, earlier this month, a Square Enix display showed two surprising figures. Forum member nightwing1589 let us know that Hobbylog snapped a few pics of the event. In those pics we get a look at the upcoming Play Arts Kai Man Of Steel Jor-El and Faora Figures. They were shown in prototype form only, but they looked fantastic.
