Mattel has revealed two new figures for their upcoming Masters of the Universe Origins 5.5″ Scale Figure line. The new figures include Teela and Evil Lyn. A packaging preview has also been added to the display. See the photos after the jump.
Today is the final day you can pre-order the Masters of the Universe Vintage Wave 4 Figures, as well as the Masters of the Universe Unused Japanese Packaging featuring He-Man and Skeletor. Each figure is priced at $20 plus shipping. They are scheduled for release this Summer. Check out the details and pre-order links below.
The pre-sale for the Masters of the Universe Vintage Wave 4 Figures. This 9 figure release includes Buzz Off, Evil Seed, Evil-Lyn, Glow-In-The-Dark He-Man (from EVERY MOTU episode’s transformation sequence), Shadow Orko (from She-Ra Episode 90 “Shades of Orko”), Shadow Weaver, and Stratos. In addition there are also 2 special Japanese Box versions of He-Man and Skeletor (based on original prototype packaging from the 1980’s).
Each figure is available individually for $20 each (plus shipping). All figures come with accessories and a custom history card. The carded figures also feature new and original art on the back of each card. We expect to ship these Vintage Figures in Summer 2019.

A ton of great reveals from Super 7 at Toy Fair 2019. Masters of the Universe fans have been asking for figures from the 1987 live action film for years, and they’re finally coming! Another surprising revelation is an all-new line of 7″ figures in the same style as the Masters of the Universe Classics line! So, included here are:

Popping up on various Facebook Pages and Twitter accounts are photos of the next Super 7 MOTU Vintage Wave. The new photos show in and out of package version of the Masters of the Universe Vintage 5.5″ Scale Wave 3 Figures. Here is the display from Super 7 at San Diego comic-Con 2018. They also have pop-up shops and events in San Diego this weekend, and those will likely have additional items not seen here. Super 7 has opened pre-orders for their Masters of the Universe ReAction Figures Wave 4. If you’re a fan of these, there are some great additions to the line up. From Ram Man, to Orko, to Scare Glow! The iconic Masters of the Universe toys re-imagined as 3.75″ action figures from the golden age! Wave 4 includes Evil-Lyn, Faker, Orko, Mekaneck, Ram Man, and Scare Glow. Each figure features new and original card art by Jason Edmiston!
- Evil-Lyn – The evil warrior goddess comes with her evil staff.
- Faker – The evil robot of Skeletor comes armed with sword accessory.
- Orko – The heroic court magician comes with magic wand accessory and is sized at a special 2-inches to be in proportion with the other MOTU 3.75-inch ReAction Figures.
- Mekaneck – The heroic human periscope comes armed with club accessory and features extending periscope neck.
- Ram Man – The heroic human battering ram charges into action with his axe accessory.
- Scare Glow – The evil ghost of Skeletor is glow-in-the-dark and comes armed with his halberd.
The Four Horsemen have teased out two new Mythic Legions figures which pay tribute to He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Cowarross is a cat based warrior inspired by He-Man’s trusty partner Cringer / Battle-Cat. Malynna the Malevolent is a play on Evil-Lynn. These go perfectly with the previously released Adamonn (sold out) and Keltuss (sold out). They tentatively plan on releasing them first at Power-Con 2018, but timing is tight. They should be available for purchase via StoreHorsemen afterwards.
And, update on Power-Con 2018 – Pre-Orders are open for their official MOTUC convention figures. You can grab them without attending as well. The MOTUC exclusives are all Club Grayskull based, aka cartoon themed versions of classic characters. They are:
