Diamond Previews has released the first official photos and some new details for the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Minimates. Toyark forum member Marvelfangirl shared the news with us. Two figures are still being held back, as they have not been officially revealed in the trailers yet. The new 2-packs will begin to hit stores on March 1st. Here’s more info:

A Diamond Select Toys release! The greatest mix-tape in the galaxy is back! The unlikely team of misfits known as Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is coming back to our solar system with a new movie, and DST is marking the occasion with a new assortment of Minimates based on the film! Four new two-packs capture the main cast in 2-inch mini-figure form: Starlord pairs with Yondu, Gamora with Rocket and Groot, and two comic-shop-exclusive sets feature Ego with Ayesha and Taserface with Mantis. Each Minimate features up to 14 points of articulation and fully interchangeable parts, and each 2-pack comes in a full-color window box. You’re welcome!

They first appeared as silhouettes in the November PREVIEWS and now Diamond Select Toys has revealed most of their Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Minimates!

Shown below are three of the four new two-packs that capture the main cast in 2-inch mini-figure form: Starlord pairs with Yondu, Gamora with Rocket and Groot, and a comic-shop-exclusive set that features Taserface with Mantis.

The other comic-shop-exclusive set of Ego with Ayesha will be revealed at a later date.

Each Minimate features up to 14 points of articulation and fully interchangeable parts, and each 2-pack comes in a full-color window box. Make sure to preorder the Minimates now at your local comic shop!

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is in theaters on May 5, 2017!
