Thanks to forum member Ramen Rider, we have some pretty cool Dragon Ball news to share. According to Shonen Jump, a very reliable source for S.H. Figuarts reveals, Tamashii Nations is prepping their next DB release. The listing is for a King Piccolo from the original Dragon Ball cartoon series. According to the listing, he is set for release in October, at a price of 7,200 Yen (about $65 USD). We will update with further details when they become available.
Thanks to Amiami on Twitter, we have a look at a new reveal from Tamashii Nations for the Dragonball S.H. Figuarts line – Shenron! This looks to be a repaint of the previous one, with weathering and paint on the body and scales to refine the look. When I first saw legendary scale I thought we were getting a bigger version, but the word looks to be referencing the paint on the “dragon skin” scales, not size. It’s listed as display only, no release date, but Tamashii has only been showing off items they are planning to release lately so assume this guy is coming down the road. Stay tuned for more info as it drops!

Tamashii Nations dropped an update for Dragonball Super Broly, the pre power up version dropping in September (Japan). Not only will he have the yelling Saiyan hair, he will also have a Super Saiyan head with the yellow hair, and another black hair version where it’s floppy to match all the forms seen in the movie. If you add in the powered up version dropping in April (Japan), you’ll be able to get all the forms and looks Broly took in the movie. Read on to check out all the pics!
Looks like we are getting two Dragonball Super Broly figures after all! Due out in September 2019 (in Japan) is the pre power up Broly. He’ll come with his armor still on, and a non Super Saiyan head. Extra gear, accessories, hands and heads are not shown yet, nor is the price. Assuming things stay on target, expect him to hit State side in November 2019. We’ll update when more details drop.
Earlier this week, the first photo was released for the S.H. Figuarts Dragon Ball Super Zamasu. This evening, Tamashii Nations has posted the product page for the figure. For its release in Japan, the figure will be a Bandai Premium Web Exclusive. It should see a general U.S. release from Bluefin at some point as well. The figure stands at 5.5″ tall, and is packed with accessories. Zamasu includes multiple interchangeable hands, a massive extended right arm, interchangeable neck pieces, three swappable face parts, and the translucent halo that attaches to the figures back.
Pre-orders begin on March 10th, with a release set for this August. It’s priced at 7,020 Yen (about $63 USD). You can see the new photos by clicking the headline of the story.
Looks like our friend RamenRider was right, Tamashii Nations have officially unveiled S.H. Figuarts Dragonball Super Zamasu. He’s due out in August (in Japan) with a retail price of 9,180 Yen (82 USD). We only have one pic, which shows him with a pretty large effects piece hovering behind him, but no other details on heads, hands or accessories just yet. Stay tuned!
TAMASHII is thrilled to present another character for you to add into your Dragon Ball collections!!

Thanks to Toyark Forum member RamenRider for digging around the internetz, we have listings for the next 3 Dragonball S.H. Figuarts figures. Now, these are not coming from Tamashii Nations directly and there are no images so things may change, but RamenRider has done us well in the past so we are putting it out there as a very strong likely hood. The three figures listed are :
Zamasu – Standard
Zamasu – Fused
Broly (DB Super)
As of now, Super Goku is due out in July in Japan and is the last confirmed figure for this year. Both Zamasus (Zamasai?) are due out in August according to these listings, and Broly in September. Since we already have the powered up Broly incoming in April (Japan), this is most likely a new version if legit.
As with all S.H. Figuarts, if it’s coming to the States, it’s usually around 2 months later. Stay tuned for more details as they drop!
