Marvel Legends Franklin Richards Final Reveal To Celebrate The 20th Anniversary
https://news.toyark.com/2022/12/20/m...versary-490688
Gotta admit, this was unexpected. I’m not entirely sure that I need him on my shelf. Especially since I don’t have that suit color Fantastic Four.
No one will care about this figure.
Also, nice re-use to the gun barrel effects, lol.
What's the 'F' for?
I must have missed some issues. Wasn't Franklin Blonde? Does he still have a sister?
Since when did Franklin become so old? The Franklin I always knew was like 5 years old. Who’s this teeny-bopper?
Also, nice re-use to the gun barrel effects, lol.
Who? I have no idea who that is.
Franklin Richards is the son of Mr Fantastic and the Invisible Woman, he's been around for decades but has never been too prominently featured beyond being their kid. Usually he was a younger looking blonde but for a while now he's looked like this figure depicts.
Seems like hasbro is scraping the bottom of the barrel here, easy pass at any price
I stopped caring about Franklin Richards after "Heroes Reborn", and even less after they de-mutant him like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. N'uff said.
Huh...
Who????
ok...
whatever ;^)
pass. I dont like this character.
He also had a role in the mutant massacre, and a pretty crazy role in earth X as the new galactus
I remember him and his sister most during Hickman's run on FF through Secret Wars, where obviously they were still very young. His aging up when the FF returned after Secret Wars didn't bother me at first, since I don't mind when characters are allowed to actually grow up a little, at least until Dan Slott decided to retcon decades of comics so he didn't have to share the character with the X-books. Since then there hasn't been much reason if any to care about the now depowered and de-mutant modern Franklin.
I will likely still buy this multi-pack at some point, but I still hold out hope Legends will one day make good classic versions of Franklin and Val.
When did he dye his hair black? I haven't been keeping up with FF, & modern comics are trash, but why?
Really going to need to see the corresponding Valeria figure, because as-is I'm not sold on this set. I know this is his more recent appearance, but the figure is not giving me any Franklin Richards vibes standing alone.
I like valeria. Ill find a place for her on the ol’ shelf
