Hot Toys is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. They have updated with photos and details for their upcoming Mace Windu 1/6 Scale Figure, and their Super Battle Droid 1/6 Scale Figure. Pre-orders for these figures should go live as soon as today. The Attack of the Clones 20th anniversary figures will come packed in retro style window boxes. They are due for release between the First and Second Quarters of 2024.
Mace Windu stands over 12.5″ tall, and has about 30 points of articulation. The figure includes a removable Jedi Robe, interchangeable hands, a light up LED Lightsaber, a Lightsaber hilt with interchangeable blades, a Yoda hologram, swap out arm pieces inspired by the Clone Wars cartoon, and a display stand. The Super Battle Droid stands over 12.5″ tall, and has 18 points of articulation. It includes a light up LED function, an interchangeable damaged elbow, and swap out mechanical graspers, and a display stand.

The infantry used by the Trade Federation had several major shortcomings that were carefully revisited by the battle droids’ designers. From that research came the Super Battle Droid, a bulkier, stronger, and more advanced version of the standard mechanical soldier. The Super Battle Droid requires no overriding command signal to operate, and thus has a limited degree of independence. They are fearless and tireless, and will run at full speed into combat, their cannons extended, firing until they have reduced their targets to smoldering ruins.

My immediate reaction was this is not an expression he would make. He was either stoic or had an intense stare, not this semi confused look on his face.
The recent Padme and AOTC Anakin headsculpts look much more accurate to the actor likeness than this one.
