From Diamond Select Toys. A Diamond Comics 40th Anniversary release! It’s been 35 years since the Ninja Turtles leapt onto television screens, and we’re celebrating that milestone with a box set of TMNT Minimates! Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael each come with the trademark weapons, and are inspired by the classic TMNT toys of yesteryear. Each 2-inch Minimate features multiple points of articulation, and all six come packaged in replica VHS packaging with a slide-out “cassette” tray and original cover art.
The TMNT Minimates Box Set is priced at $30. It’s due for release in September 2022. You can pre-order below, and see photos after the jump.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Retro Minimates Previews Exclusives Box Set

Minimates are the ugliest thing ever. I had the ghostbuster ones and they were cheap crap. One of the few things I regret buying
I have seen people in other groups mention some stuff that is pretty odd.
The Pack looks like it contains a mouser and ooze canister that no one is talking about, but they are saying it is weird that Leo and Mikey are missing their weapons and that there are only 2 stands...
It seems that Minimates are dying off and that Diamond select doesn't even care enough to pack the proper weapons and bases to what could be one of the more popular sets they have released.
These colors are from the original Playmates action figures, not the cartoon.
Who buys these things? The adult collector I am has zero interest in minimates, and I know that if these were around when I was a kid I wouldn’t have wanted them then either
I never saw the appeal of block figures at all. My only exposure to them was as accessories to LEGO sets and I had no interest in construction sets either.
Then my mother bought me the 3" Star Trek Minimates as a kind of gag gift. I didn't realize how poseable they were and got hooked immediately. They've have so many different licenses that it was like MEGO all over again and then some. I amassed over 3,000 of the little dudes.
But my interest has been waning as the properties that interest me most – DC, MCU, Alien, Star Trek – have been pruned from DST's catalog. Roblox seems to have usurped the block figure throne at retail and I've no intention of getting into another such collection.
