Um. It's been out in US stores for a couple of months already though. lol. Long enough that it's even had a running change where the paint mishap on the face (the blue upper lip...which is missing entirely from these photos.. is too low down and covering the teeth) and the torso (where too much wash had been applied making the torso far darker than the rest of it) have been fixed.

Am I missing something? We're still waiting for it over here in the UK though along with King Grayskull who has also been out in the US for the past few months.

See, a Target shelf in Minneapolis a few weeks ago. lol

So first they make you buy the boring Beast Man with no armor just so they can sell you to him again with armor. Very sly Mattel.

    1. Revelation Beast Man ain't boring. He's ace.
    2. It's a different figure and different incarnation of the character. It shares very few, if any, parts at all. Even the whip is a new mold.
You can see here, the NE Beast is a fair bit bigger overall. What is hard to see is that Rev Beastie has a big load of sculpted fur on his back which means he can't wear the armour anyway. Some customisers have shaved that down so he can make use of armour but aye, again it's a different figure altogether.

lol I never noticed before but NE's knee joints are like twice the size of Rev Beasties. lol

I picked one up almost a month ago. Wasn't going to get anything from this line but saw a comparison photo with MotUC Beastman and saw the Mastervese one was actually a bit bigger and figured I would pick one up. If anything I now have a second Beast Man figure as a mount for my MotUC Griffen.

It was in Targets as a timed exclusive. Now it's available everywhere.

Wow that is different and way better than almost naked Beast Man. They should have just did that version in the first place.

But then it wouldn't have been from Revelation.

New Eternia is a different universe to Revelation. Largely inspired by the original concept art designs from before MotU officially began 40 years ago. Revelation (based on the kevin smith cartoon) and New Eternia are both sub-lines of the overall Masterverse line (as are Princess of Power and the CGI cartoon which has two Masterverse figures revealed) but they represent different universes of Beast Man. Revelation Beast Man has a similar history to classic Beast Man but after Skeletor 'died' he became a protector and best mate of Evil-Lyn. New Eternia Beast Man, according to the bio on back of his box, is a shaman who is looking for his missing tribes people and wasn't a lackey of Skeletor.

So both figures have their own reasons for existing. Kinda like how McFarlane has figures of Batman of various universes both from the comic and the many screen adaptations that have nothing to do with each other despite all being Batman lol Many of us like Revelation Beast Man the character so are very happy to have his action figure. In fact he's one of my kid's faves. lol.

Ah, I haven'tw atched Revelations yet. I figured I will wait until there are more than 10 episodes out.

There are only 10 episodes in total. That's the whole Revelation story. lol. The follow up is called Revolution and that'll be five episodes (probably due to Netflix making a lot of cutbacks due to losing so many subscribers the past year or so).

Yeah, Netflix gutted their animated shows, so barring some miracle this will likely be the end of it after Revolution.

Anyway if you want Beast Man don't wait, Target has got plenty.

My nearest Target is loaded with them when I was in yesterday. Bought a pair about two months ago when it was still 'feeding frenzy' phase at Target.
