I'm positive about the figures but we've gotten to the point that the same problems will probably pop up again.
Sculpt wise they look nice. That's never really been Mcfarlane's issue body wise.
It's only ever been head sculpts(which look great head) and articulation(which they've intentionally hindered).
I don't know who wants a monochromatic Arkham Red Hood though. I hope they didn't pull a CW Green Arrow and cut out a chunk of the head so the hood is pegged + glued into it for 0 reason. It would be nice to be able to swap the heads(cause alt heads in one package are a no go for Mcfarlane).
Scarecrow actually looks awesome in this color scheme.
That scarecrow looks amazing, I will definitely be getting him instead of the dc collectibles version.
I wonder if they will ever get around to a Arkham knight poison ivy, I mean she did kinda sacrifice herself to save Gotham only to get a cancelled dc collectibles figure.
Sorry but these look like cheap korean fleamarket knock offs.
Okay now I either feel like an idiot for not looking at all the pics or rightfully confused.
He does got two closed fists and two trigger hands which is perfect.
Then those same hands are on peg swivels. Which is also PERFECT. There is 0 reason for Mcfarlane to have the tumor joints. Especially as they don't sculpt to blend the lower arm into the hand. Even the sculpted wrist joints still stick out.
Honestly it comes off like a Lightning Collection figure with the energy effect. If they moved the ball socket in the upper torso into the center.........game changer into uses standard features other companies figured out a decade ago.
(Picture of Red Hood's red ankle fwoosh thing that REFUSES TO F$#KING UPLOAD!!!)
WHAT ARE THEEEEEESE???!!!!
I'll wait for the standard Scarecrow release but this is a nice preview of what the figure will basically look like.

Why? What is the point of the all red Red Hood? Do people really buy these when they know that Todd will just re-release a game accurate deco in the future? I am so confused by these pointless repaints. Its nearing Kenner in the 90s with the neon yellow Batman figures.
- Just like the look
- Completionist even if they don't like the product
- Impatient(Even if it doesn't actually come out first)
- Really don't know that there will be normal colored one.
I think Mcfarlane is still stuck in the 90's approach to things. While everyone else does more or offer more variance.
I can't tell if it's really successful. On one hand these are exclusives to a store, so a much lower production run. On the other, said stores tend to put these figures on an extreme discount in a short period of time. Marvel Legends, Target and Walmart with fight tooth and nail to sell them are MSRP a year after release when it's clear the item isn't selling(ETERNALS).
End of the day this is a Mcfarlane Store exclusive. So I think it wasn't a bad move to announce these first. It's just not like when they didn't revealed ZSJL Darkseid until long after the fact.

-Yes, that's me, though I do like it.
-Yes, that's me.
-Whoever runs the IG account, replied to a comment about the regular versions. Said there was a problem and they have been delayed, so won't go up for preorder for a couple months for release in October.
