Not even into godzilla but that mecha one looks kinda ace.
Yeah I'm not a huge burning Godzilla fan, but Mechagodzilla looks great
That Mechagodzilla has two things going for it.
A. It's awesome.
2. It's not Godzilla.
III. It's awesome.
EDIT:
I still can't believe we have to pay for an extra head instead of a hinged jaw.
Not only would the jaw be super easy to hide on Mechagodzilla, the burning Godzilla looks like there is a hinged jaw.
I would say they are interested in the overall aesthetic of the figures so they don't want an extra cut line, but then there is that giant cut line in the middle of the torso.
Ultimates but still no beams? No atomic breath for Godzilla? No beams at all for MG? Even NECA had beams with some of their figures.
Maybe Hiya will come through for us.
If not, at least those toys are supposed to be about $30 cheaper.
Man, Mechagodzilla looks SO AWESOME, and even at $85 is still cheaper than the SH Monsterarts version.
Still, 9 inches tall is a bit large for my display. I'm going to have to think about this one. I'm torn.
they gave mechagodzilla elbow joints but not godzilla
More Heisei figures... <yawn>
Man that Burning Godzilla is so incredibly cheap looking. The paint is terrible. It’s like a slight step up from those $12 Walmart Godzillas.
The good thing is super 7 listens to fans...hit then up with they need to add beams. I am not on Twitter or instagram but hoping that those are, will.
I cannot imagine them not including it.
Mecha looks really nice still.
Yet another Burning Godzilla without translucent burning patches, it just doesn't look right. Mecha G will be alright if the silver is done right. In any event these are ages away, getting tired of pre-orders that start a year before actual release, I'll wait until these are actually available.
That's actually still my favorite Mechagodzilla design and I'll more than likely go for it, especially with the Garuda included. But Godzilla isn't all the way there for me. I also agree with the translucent parts thing at the least. That would've won me over. But one of these Godzillas really needs a beam already.
This wave looked so bad I went back and cancelled the Biolante wave preorders. No thanks, Brian.
