Lots of Star Wars today, weird. Earlier in the month we celebrated May The 4th, the unofficial official Star Wars Day. Hasbro was kind enough to send along a promo box with a sample of items on or hitting the market. I was unable to take some shots and share it out then, so let’s take a look today to celebrate two big things happening in the galaxy – Star Wars Celebration and the launch of Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+! This is not a detailed review at all, just some quick shots as an excuse to play around with my toys and some overview pics. All of these are available now at retail, so hit our sponsors below or Hasbro Pulse to grab your copies. We’d like to thank Hasbro for sending these through to take a look at!

Super Quick Thoughts :
Archive Kenobi – much better with the new paint. Was one of the worst early figs due to the hair and beard. Now he holds his own.
Black Series Mando Ahsoka is tops, good job with the likeness. Would love a cloaked version.
The Jedi Boba shots – I just redid that scene because when he originally came out I didn’t unsmoosh the helmet and it ticked me off every time I saw the original pic I did.
I dig the Retro collection stuff, especially new era characters in the old format. Sue me.
Sometimes I forget how much kid focused stuff Hasbro pumps out. If you have younglings, check the sabers, I would have loved that stuff.
Key shots here, more below. Now bring on D+ Kenobi!
