NECA has just released new information for their upcoming Convention Exclusives for 2022! NECA goes back in time for some famously “lost” Dungeons & Dragons action figures! The fantasy comes alive with these action figures in 4” scale, authentically reproduced to match the original prototypes that never saw release. Recreate the battle between good and evil with Pulvereye, Skylla, Kelek, and Valkeer. Each figure is posable – Pulvereye, Kelek, Valkeer also feature awesome “Battlematic” action! With accessories and signature weapons, each comes on an individual blister card styled like the original figure line. The set of four figures is packed in an outer logo box. Stay Tuned for order information.
Check out all the new NECA Dungeons & Dragons after the jump.

This is awesome. And a big surprise, hopefully Neca goes back on does the other few series as well. Those older figures need to be brought to life again. The few I had were in such bad shape, I tossed them.
They're "realistically 1980s" and nice to finally see a figure for Skylla... but yeah, I prefer the "modernization" like the recent Warduke and Grimsword...
Haha, as a survivor of the 1980s, for me Re-Action is "reactionary" !!
I think they're cool, but yeah.. can live without them. Looking forward to more from the 7" line though. Maybe a hint of what's to come at that scale.
Man, Neca 7 inch scale versions of Strongheart, Northlord and Ogre King would look amazing! I think theres potential there to rival Mythic Legions.
Neat, but my old figures were lost to history.
They maybe are too faithful, Kelek and Skylla's head fused to bodies, but I guess that's the point.
I like the series one without the battle matic better, but they also had an oring inside that could break and wasn't replaceable.
hmm maybe not for me.I love the characters not so much the retro look .I personally would rather have these in larger scale with awesome sculpt like neca did with warduke and grimsword.Hopefully there's still alot interest so neca does both versions of these characters .
Though at least maybe these... "Re-Action(ary)" releases mean NECA is optimistic about the line. I may buy Skylla regardless. I retain most of my old figures... lamely, I sold some as a kid (mostly the newer battle-matic) but still have Kelek and Strong-Fart (sorry... though the hero in my play-realm, I still called him Strong-Fart!). I also still have my Bronze Dragon, Nightmare, and Hook Horror, though my beloved Dragonne (was beautiful fig!) has vanished to history. I think you can get most of the figs (maybe not the beasts or the titans) cheap off Ebay. Embarrassely, Mercion may have been my "first love". A friend had told me that it's unlikely a cleric and paladin (Strongheart) would "get married", but hey--look at Sir Lancelot and Lady Guinnevere!
I would have rather have liked to see Boss Fight try to make these
But... Kelek did have an action figure, I am pretty sure of it.
That’s pretty cool! Unexpectedly cool.

An actual vintage figure wave of the past than a modern “retro” figure made to fit the past.
I dig both D&D styles offerings of Neca!
It would be a dream come true to see the kids from the D&D animated series made into action figures! Neca could just take my money for them.
Love the Valkeer, definitely adding him to my collection pass on pulvereye and Fat Kelek, Skylla is pretty interesting but I don't understand all the weapons included with a spellcaster character. Would love to see that unproduced buletta figure get made, Hell put a saddle on it as well.
I like the characters but not these toys. I really don't have much love for retro-style figures, especially ones with such limited articulation. I still need to order me their larger scale Warduke. I want the toon kids, Venger and Dungeon Master in modern, highly articulated action figures. And a large Tiamat. That's all I really want from D&D figures. lol
