McFarlane Toys have dropped teasers for a new sub-line of the DC license – 7 inch scale Page Punchers. The DC Direct branding is also present, showing it’s continued presence for new product. These will come with a figure and comic book packed together. The first round will come with a Black Adam comic exclusive to the wave. As of now, we have two teasers – Black Adam and Batman, sporting new comic inspired looks from the book. Stay tuned for more info, as more is said to be revealed throughout the day. We’ll update when it drops.
Update – Superman has been added to the teaser list.
Update – Constantine has been added to the teaser list & Pre-Orders confirmed for tomorrow!
Per the McFarlane Toys IG:
We are gonna get a whole lot of Black Adam. I think Endless Winter BA suffers from being on a bad torso. King Shazam was not built to be a regular Shazam, much less a Black Adam.

This looks really good. I'm interested in the upper torso. CW Flash is a prime example of how not to do a torso cut and this design might need to be the standard going forward.
That said I don't know where this particular costume comes from unless it's the comic that comes with the book.
And Batman Noel
I wonder if Black Adam is Lee Bermejo's design. That Batman is clearly based on LB's artwork but the McF IG posts says that Batman is from the exclusive Black Adam comic, not Batman: Noel.
Okay that Batman is gorgeous. Definitely based on Lee Bermejo's art, which makes the Black Adam costume choice make sense 'cuz he loves to draw shoulder pads on his characters (look at his Green Lantern design!)
Both are great. I'll be picking up Black Adam for sure.
Still hope that rumored 7 inch Page Puncher John Constantine is happening. I will buy that in a heartbeat
Glad I held off on that Endless Winter Black Adam because this is the one I want
Superman and John Constantine have been revealed.

Full reveal for Black Adam and Batman.

Superman coming with 2 fists feels like a miracle. But damn do I want that Constantine
I'm digging that Batman.
More male characters, more Batman, and more Superman. And I know he's getting his own movie this year, but there'll be at least four 7-inch Black Adam figures in 2022 alone.
I've bought only one McFarlane figure (Arkham Knight) during the past two months. Primarily waiting for more female figures now.
Constantine: Chef Kiss, I'm sold. Those accessories are perfect.
Superman: That could be my definitive for a classic look.....if the cape wasn't weird. Maybe it might make more sense in hand.
Batman: I just want a right closed fist. Otherwise I see it as the closest we are getting to a BVS Batman.
Black Adam: Has got a lot of armor going on. By the end of the year, well probably have our pick of Black Adam bodies. I might take the diaper and arms of EW so have a less armored look. Then again I might want want to change the gold and end up loving the armor in person.
Definitely a great base body for Shazam.
Solid set.
Black Adam and Hellblazer are so bought.

Thank God I can still use my old Secret Files Poison Ivy for my McFarlane figures. They scale well.

I’m so getting that Superman. That’s the Superman chest emblem design I really like, and it’s still best design since Superman Returns.

Especially since the only 7" scale classic Zantana is the Alex Ross one. I bought that but the moment I opened her from the package she literally fell to pieces. Arms and legs broke right off.
As a hardcore Constantine fan sucks this one doesn't come with his lighter or his trademark cigarettes. If DC won't allow guns than a cigarette ain't happening either.
Cig's were probably off the table since the 90's. But it's nice to have a spell book and circle. Actually it seems like this wave has figures with bigger hands. I think that's a good thing as for posing, it helps to slightly tweak the sizes at something at such a small scale.
This wave goes up for pre-order tomorrow per the Mcfarlane Instagram page
The figures look somewhat cool but yeesh, the head sculpts are kind of dire.
