I'm looking forward to this entire line. Should be fun.
Oh Jean.....
My girl Jean...
Sweet ;^)
UM, NO - go back to the second to last one, it's the only one that actually looks like jean grey's face from the series
Actually, it looks like the second to last image is probably the first original colored sketch. Before someone 1) Inked it, 2) Colored the ink, 3) Added in cell shading (and completed the balloon boobs), then 4) Completed background using effects.
This plastic free packaging shit needs to stop. It's fine for these X-Men figures because they are online exclusives, but when it's something sold in physical stores, it is unacceptable.
^ Those no window boxes for expensive toys are scary... I never bought a Kingdom Rodimus Prime from Target because some toys I like to buy it and just leave it in the closet for a few years for whatever reason... and I was just too paranoid that I would open the box later on and find a swapped out toy or something.
She looks fine but I think I'm going to be good with the 3 I preordered, I may end up cancelling Mr. Sinister anyway.
Wow. What? Why does she look so goofy? I was really looking forward to this, but I'm out.
That looks... dreadful. Yep, I'm officially not going to touch this line. Thanks for saving me money Hasbro.
I long for the return of decent 3.75 Marvel...
Preordered, but a little on the fence. Face sculpt looks a little off
Her bodysuit should be more peach & more black on the blue parts to match the cartoon.
Can we. EFFING PLEASE. Get some characters in 3.75 WE DO NOT HAVE? This is getting silly.
Sucks I really wanted this Jean but cant get past face sculpts.
I agree this Jean Grey head looks Goofy asf and the other depressed face is baffling .
It kinda looks like she wet her diaper... really can't stand the cell shaded look. The only X-men animated figure I would be curious about is Psylocke, but only if she had a bright blue outfit and came with an new headsculpt with a pony tail, but judging by this Jean I doubt any of that would be true.
The only releases I really want from this line are animated versions of Jean's Phoenix / Dark Phoenix. Jean's green Phoenix figure needs a desperate update on a better body and this seems like the easiest and quickest outlet. Also while I'm not a fan of the shading on these figures, I really think it could actually benefit the Dark Phoenix's visual design with the primary black with red accents.
Some people LOVE to complain...
And which figure did they reuse this head from? I don’t recall Jean ever looking like this.
Aren't they just repaints of her heads from the 3-pack?
I think this VHS subline is going to produce some really nice looking X-Men figures.
Unfortunately, Jean here isn't going to be one of them.
