Iron Studios Round Up – Superman Unleashed, ZSJL Supes, Space Jame Lebron

Three pieces from Iron Studios today – two Superman and one Space Jam.  Superman gets a 1/10 scale piece in Superman Unleashed, which has him in a classic style suit re-imagined by Iron Studios themselves.  Next up is Zack Snyder’s Justice League Black Regeneration Suit Superman in the 1/4 scale.  And to cap it off, a 1/10 scale piece of LeBron James from Space Jam.  Retail price varies, as does release date.  Read on for full specs and pics for each!

LeBron James Art Scale 1/10 – Space Jam: A New Legacy

Meticulously created to portray every small detail from his facial features and tattoos to his style and movement in the court, Iron Studios bring the basketball star’s statue, “LeBron James Art Scale 1/10 – Space Jam: A New Legacy”, wearing the uniform from his team Tune Squad, just like in his part in the movie, where he joins the iconic characters from the Looney Tunes animated series in a virtual reality, to play a game he needs to win to get back to the real world.

Considered one of the greatest players in the history of the NBA and the United States national basketball team, LeBron is a sport’s living legend, multi-championship winner, named four times best player, and holder of countless records in the NBA. Player of teams like Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and since 2018 Los Angeles Lakers, James was named by Forbes magazine as one of the world’s most influential athletes and is the protagonist of Space Jam: A New Legacy, a movie derivative of the original Space Jam movie from 1996, that presented the iconic Looney Tunes from the animations interacting with another legendary basketball player, Michael Jordan.

In the movie, in a fictional version of himself, LeBron is abducted by the artificial intelligence called Al-G Rhythm to a virtual reality, in which he needs help from Bugs Bunny and the main Looney Tunes characters to win a basketball game against Goon Squad’s monstrous player’s avatars created by Al-G so that he can go back to his reality and save his family from also being abducted by Al-G.

Superman Black Suit – Zack Snyder’s Justice League – Legacy Replica 1/4

Sacrificing himself to save the world that adopted him, the Man of Steel perished in the fight against the monster called Doomsday. Rescued, after having his body submerged in an amniotic liquid in the genesis chamber of a Kryptonian ship, he was brought back to life by the Justice League heroes’ team and the Mother Boxes. Walking through the ship, he found another original blue suit but chose to wear a black suit with his crest and details in silver.

Known as the “Regeneration Suit”, the black uniform was the original idea for the Justice League movie, but with the withdrawal of the director Zack Snyder, that left the production after one of his daughters passed away, Joss Whedon, the filmmaker that took his place, chose to use the classic blue suit instead. After a campaign promoted by fans and endorsed by Snyder, a version of the movie called “Snyder’s Cut” was released, with the director’s original script and shootings, where the black suit is used by the hero.
