In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Alfred Molina returned as Doctor Octopus, a role he originally played back in 2004. The third film in the MCU Spider-Man series sees Peter Parker visits fellow Avenger Dr. Strange asking for help. Hoping to make the world forget that he is Spider-Man after Mysterio reveals his identity to the world. As Strange casts his spell, Parker interferes and numerous rifts into the Multiverse open. Iconic Spider-Man villains from alternate realities make their way to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, each looking for their Peter Parker. Among the villains were the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Sandman, Electro, and the Lizard.
Hot Toys has released photos and details for their upcoming figure based on Do Ock from the movie. The Doctor Octopus 1/6 Scale Figure stands over 12″ tall, with about 30 points of articulation. The figure has multiple interchangeable hands, metallic arms with bendable wires, a tentacle spear, removable goggles, and a figure stand. A Deluxe Edition is also being released. that version includes swap out nano tech tentacles.

I hate to say it, I prefer the Toys Era look.
More so the color palette of the original.
That headsculpt is - not good.
Maybe a similar situation to the Goblin, the headsculpt isn't quite ready yet but they want pre-orders out there to cash in on the hype, but Ock can't really be shown without a headsculpt so - better this than nothing?

I think the Toys era figure matches the SM2 Doc Ock's colors.
While he's meant to be the guy from Spider-man 2......NWH Doc Ock is wearing a turtleneck sweater and the clothing is honestly pristine for something that should have seen a few conflicts. The colors match NWH.
If the turtleneck can be removed and they improve the headsculpt, I may bite. Otherwise.... Ehhh....
Hot Toys generally does amazingly lifelike headsculpts of actors, but this is a huge exception. That face looks AWFUL, especially with the glasses off. It's just that weird smile that's ruining it I think. They should have given him a neutral face with serious expression. I'm really glad I had no desire to get the Far from Home figures even before they revealed this one. I'll happily settle for Marvel Legends figures instead.
