Medicom has sent out photos for their upcoming Marvel Comics – Cyclops MAFEX 6″ Scale Figure. The figure features Cyclops in his white and blue X-Factor costume. It will stand about 6.3″ tall. The figure will include interchangeable hands, three interchangeable portraits, and two optic blast effects pieces. The figure is set for an October 2022 release. Pre-orders are not yet live. X-Factor - Cyclops MAFEX by Medicom
Damn. This is one excellent looking Cyclops.
Strange choice of face sculpts. Wouldn't it make more sense for him to smile while wearing glasses (more casual) or grit his teeth while wearing his visor (optic blasting)?
But he does look good!
This is cool, but I would prefer it with his original blue and gold colors x-factor suite. That’s how I remember him.
Reuse on the face, though there is that smirk/smile that's new. Looks well done as always MAFEX does great comic inspired stuff as we know (Marvel and DC, rare misses)...but the Frozone outfit isnt my fave for Scott.
I wish there was more variety in character selection but of course the big names always sell. Although there are quite a few big names they haven’t tackled either – I’m a bit baffled there is no classic comic Thor yet, for example. But I don’t know how their licensing works either, they went hard on Batman:Hush instead of going for more classic appearances for some characters.
I was expecting them to get into Rogue at least before rehashing characters.
