Cy-Gor
Michael Konieczni was Al Simmons’ friend and squad mate. When he discovered the truth about Al’s murder, he attempted to blow the whistle on Jason Wynn. However, he was stopped and subjected to project Sim, the Simian experiments of Frederick Willheim and became the beast known as Cy-Gor, short for Cybernetic Gorilla.

Spawn’s Universe Wave 2 Figures Revealed, Pre-Orders Live

Pre Orders are live for the first three. She-Spawn and Cy-Gor next week.
At first I thought Soul Crusher was a lame redesign of the Curse, it would've been cooler to get a new Curse just looking at this guy.
Cy-Gor looks solid. I like the Raw-10 version for what it is but getting an actually articulated figure is appreciated.
Well...
I am not into "Spawn"..
Like in the "olden days"....
"Olden"....
Always wanted to say that ;^)
"McF"
knows his Biz For sure...
Redeemer and she spawn ( holy shit she has guns ) are must buys.
Only Cygor looks tempting the rest are Meh.
i mean not that it matters because i can just click the link next week but why announce figures and show them but not put them up for preorder at the same time? what does mcfarlane get out of this? again doesnt matter but just seems dumb and pointless.
The fact that the Spawn figures have guns I guess proves that DC Multiverse figures not having them is AT&T's influence.
Cygor and Dark Redeemer look great and can work with other lines easily.
I'm finding it very hard to believe that any of you saying look they come w/ guns are not familiar w/ the reason that certain dc / Wb action figures do not have guns as accessories and that these spawn figures have guns . Spawn isnt a Wb / Dc property so obviously they do not apply just because they are made by the same company .
Initial reactions-

1: I'm gonna buy all of these.
2: It's positively disorienting seeing a Spawn character wielding a recognizable real-world firearm that hasn't been frankensteined with like two grenade launchers, three bayonets and five optics.
Has there ever been any word on an classic costume Spawn for this line? I know that the costume was used for the Kickstarter figure and I doubt that specific figure would get re-released at retail. But I'm curious if Todd would release a figure of Spawn, in that costume, in one of the future Spawn Universe waves.
Agree with the previous posts. Cygor and Gunslinger. Pretty cool repaint on Redeemer which makes me tempted to take it versus waiting for a better painted original (Anti-Spawn/Redeemer) version. For the Gunslinger Spawn, I really have this itch for a guitar/heavy gun, think its cause of the long red duster and hat.
I really do like how Gunslinger Spawn is getting a wide release. While I was able to score one from Target online, it's great that no one(well in the US at least) is locked out due to Target stocking.
Spawn 202x Wave 2 Cy-Gor and She-Spawn Details
New pics, no pre-orders or other info yet tho.
She-Spawn reminds me those ToyBiz/early Hasbro female ML figures with the wonky proportions, odd articulation cuts and likely limited hip range.
She spawn looking good. i like her better in the Spawn outfit than Spawn. That costume always reminds me of a sexy Christmas cocktail waitress.
painted redeemer brings to mind that i bought two violator figures last wave because the second one had a better paint job with blood highlights. I'm concerned that mcfarlane is just milking us hard and i may regret preordering cygor when they come out with one in a few months that has a better paint job. Until then... i mean i HAVE to preorder cygor, she-spawn and gunslinger spawn...
She-Spawn looks like she's wearing a diaper. Same as the Storm Collectibles Nakoruru.
Too bad these have weathering that's stuck in the '90s....
This will be my first dip into McFarlane, and I was wondering if these figures usually sell out very quickly upon release (or climb in price after release)? Does the "Deluxe" imply something like limited edition size? I would like to wait till release or seeing some reviews/photos here on the site before buying, but don't want to be paying a lot more because I waited.

Any info is much appreciated

Those are my in hand shots of wave one.
IMO with McFarlane stuff, all lines, all depends on total run numbers. As they filter out to all the stores, prices stabilize, but if something is hot and they under-printed, it's gone.
They usually put out a second or third version slightly different of the hot ones eventually, which will bring prices down a bit. But you'll have to roll the dice and wait if that's the case.
For wave 1, I saw Redeemer and Raven Spawn a lot on shelves (Target mostly). The rest were in and out. Online tho, a lot of them haven't fully arrived yet.
Deluxe is just a size class, higher price point. In-between regular and the biggest which they call "Megafig".
Hope that helps. Personally, for all toys these days, if you dig them, best to pre-order, and early on. Cancel if you find in person first.

She-Spawn is appearing in Target stores:

I've yet to see she-spawn online or otherwise. Seems that she's hard to find compared to the other spawn figures.
So apparently there will be a Manga Spawn figure.
