NECA Toony Terrors Wave 6 - Elvira, Herbert West, Captain Blake, and The Miner

They must've used Disney's de-aging CGI on that severed head haha
Was so relieved to see Captain Blake was not going to be a one off exclusive.
Great to see Herbert West getting some love. I can also imagine Jeffrey Combes reprising the role in a cartoon, especially since he is no stranger to voice over work.
Also Elvira... now that would have made for a hell of a Hanna-Barbera guest spot.
HOLY SHIT. This might be the very first wave of Toony Terrors that I might buy all of. All great characters, especially Herbert West!
Is there a release date yet?

Fantastic lineup for the next wave! Definitely in on the Miner and Blake. I love how the line is only growing, and I see tons of potential for the future waves.
Man even as a cartoon Elvira is a knockout.
Oh snap! NECA has the Elvira license? Hopefully we get an Ultimate 7” Elvira at some point.
I bought a Toony Terror Creep and most of the joints were locked. Heat got some joints unlocked; cold helped others. Unfortunately, the left shoulder was really stuck and ended up breaking. Since it's just a swivel joint, I thought I would try to fix it myself. I dremeled out the broken pin and put a dowel in. It didn't really work. The weight of the arm slowly caused it to fall out. So, I bought a new figure.
Now I have this broken Creep. I know some people here probably have the know-how to fix it properly, so, if anyone wants it for the cost of shipping, DM me. It's not doing me any good and I'd rather give it to someone who can fix and enjoy it than throwing it away.
Assuming this gets another wave, are there any wishes for four future releases? For me, I'm praying for the Tall Man from Phantasm, Frank from Donnie Darko, and (REEEEEAAAAAL wishful thinking here) Barbara Steele from Black Sunday. Would also love a Vincent Price from somethin'.
For me?
Terminator (T1 was practically a horror movie)
Crypt-Keeper (HBO version)
Dr. Phibes (like you said, Vincent Price is a must)
Almost any Hammer or Universal monster now that they have the licenses for both (though I'm partial to a Cushing Frankenstein)
I would imagine the thinkers there have already started work on Universal and Hammer characters in this style
Oh, HELL yeah for Dr. Phibes and Universal! We'll see if they make THOSE in B&W lol!

Oooooh, Price from House of Wax, with that half-shattered face, would be very toyetic
I bet we get Macready now that NECA has secured the license!
Though I also wouldn't mind a Jack Burton or Lo Pan from 'Big Trouble in Little China'.
Along that vein, I would love a series of Toony body horror classics. Norris from The Thing with erupting stomach and removable spider head. A cartoon Brundlefly and Videodrome James Woods would be prime as well!
As for Vincent Price, a deluxe House on Haunted Hill of him with the puppet skeleton could be awesome.

Day one. Re-Animator is a seriously bad-ass movie.
That said, I bought the 8" retro figure and I'll buy this. Hopefully enough people will do the same that NECA will get the message and FINALLY make a 7" Ultimate Herbert West. And maybe an Ultimate Dr. Hill as well.

I have been waiting so long. Then being teased by amoktime and the monstarz line. I ho early would love a few “Frightners” figures as well.
