McFarlane Toys are getting in on the Direct To Consumer game with McFarlaneToysStore.com (notice the two S-es). Teased over the last couple days with various shots including a Last Knight on Earth CTB Bane in a new box, Todd McFarlane did up a quick hype video to officially announce it.
As a bonus when the store launches folks that spend over 50 bucks will get a black/white variant cover of Spawn’s Universe #1. Random copies will be signed. If you spend over 200 bucks at launch – you get a black/white variant cover of Spawn’s Universe #1, but guaranteed to be signed.
At the end of the video, it was said that lots of exclusives will be available at the store in the future. Stay tuned for more and mark down August 4th for the launch!
Check the video after the break.
It's coming.

What is?
Hopefully it's not nearly as shitty as HasbroPulse
I hope it's like Hasbro Pulse, and they carry retailer exclusives, on their own site. I'm looking to finally pick up Batman '66, and some of the Justice League figures.
Didn't he have a direct store before? Where people could order Spawn Exclusives? This also proves he didn't need kickstarter to sell the spawn figure, he didn't trust his own creation lol
Was Toddy Collector taken?
I wonder what you get if you spend $500. That's how much I set aside for this.
His signature will be worth nothing because there are so many out there, but perhaps, it will depend on what is signed.
Anyone know if there is anything different about this bane? Maybe better joints? lol
what a terrible exclusive to start the store with
I got all five of these figures for $100 so my initial reaction to the $125 price tag is confusion. Are they slapping on a late fee for people who haven't already completed the wave? Seriously analyzing it, they're charging it as 4 regular $20 figures and 1 $40 megafig plus $5 for the big box treatment.
Hopefully this five pack existing means the megafig Bane that leaked through Target's system won't be a third release of the Last Knight version and instead we could just get regular comic Bane.
what a laughably mediocre launch of a store. I'm not actually sure what the reasoning is here.
Considering these things are going for $10 each on multiple e-tailers, that is a real lame exclusive.
And only 3 MK figures? You'd think the entire line would be up on such a site.
My only complaint is that they have sometimes not had enough stock in their initial "Fan First Fridays" but they almost always restock.
I don't collect McFarlane's DC offerings but I have always had an interest in them.
I think I have seen all of these before.
Every one.
Lamest launch ever...
Underwhelming launch, hopefully it’ll be a good source for locking down pre-orders as more items are rolled out. Hope they don’t go exclusive crazy though.
Another store that doesn't look farther than the US and Canada... what a surprise. Let me guess, they will add the UK in the future, believing that covers Europe, and that will be it. :s
And so I've to spend 200 bucks in order to get 5% off his signature? How generous... What do I get for $500? 7% off?
It says a lot when the only good thing about the set is the box.
