In The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the Captain America mantle is passed to decorated military officer John Walker. Tasked with taking down the Flag Smashers, who are powered by a modified Super soldier serum. Walker struggles against not only the Super Soldiers, but more skilled fighters with no powers, leading him down a dark path. Tamashii Nations has announced a figure based on the new Captain America. The have posted the product page for the S.H. Figuarts John Walker Captain America Figure. In Japan, the figure will be a Premium Bandai Web Exclusive. No word on a U.S. release at this time, but we’ll update if and when that is announced.
The John Walker Figure will include masked and unmasked portraits. They are using their digital printing tech for the face paint. The figure will also include interchangeable hands, a pistol, a shield, straps for the shield, and a shield throwing effect part. The figure will stand a little under 6″ tall. The S.H. Figuarts John Walker will be priced at 8,800 Yen (about $81 USD). It’s due out in September 2021. You can see the new photos after the jump.

I think the heads are just OK but the rest of the body looks great. Glad they're including the bouncing effect but I still think Figuarts is getting too pricey. They need to come with something else to bring them up to $80, I mean even a stand if not more unique accessories. I used to be all over this line but a lot easier to swallow at $55-60ish than $80+ all the time now.
I like it, but I'll wait and see what Hasbro's offering will include. Their unmasked head sculpts tend to be much more accurate.

Interesting that both Hasbro and Bandai masked heads look pretty good while both of their unmasked heads are a fail.
Agree with deecee4. Not sure if maybe Disney was holding back with giving good enough source material for the toy companies to work off with the sculpting details. I understand maybe for something like Baby Yoda but for Marvel stuff, the main source material is frankly decades of comics so the impact of spoilers to me here is moot.
In addition to the face sculpts, I think neither gets the overall body proportions right either.
