Pretty much the standard you’d expect from Hasbro at this point. Nice touch having the packaging from the show, though.
Looking forward to having my order canceled! Thanks Hasbro and Walmart!!
Alright. This looks great and has quelled some of my fears. After seeing the leaks from last week, I was beginning to worry we had another "Hasbro receives concept art that then doesn't reflect the final product" situation. This has me hopeful that we will also get Sam in his really great new Falcon costume in addition to him in his Captain America suit in the D+ wave. Perhaps as another retailer exclusive... probably Target.
I REALLY wish they would retire that shield mold--it is too large for my taste and the outer red circle being wider than then the other inner ones is visually unappealing. So far I feel the best shield to Cap ratio figure I've ever had is the Figma Avengers CA figure from years ago (Figuart shields also seem too large for their figures).
That being said--I was pleasantly surprised to see John Walker actually be a skilled soldier who used the shield well and actually placed an order for this!

Walmart really loves exclusive Captain Americas, huh? This is what, the third one (after the Endgame and Venomized versions)?
Shame it's not black instead of blue. Other than that it's a solid MCU version of US Agent.
Don't we all love Walmart exclusives.
We love not being able to buy this in Walmarts because they don't sell Hasbro/Neca/Mcfarlane products in around 4000 locations in the US.
We love using their terrible online system that shows more 3rd party resellers of Walmart exclusives selling products at 3x the price.
A+ Hasbro
Now as for the figure itself. Hasbro can you use a newer body for Captain America figures? They have superior bodies, I wish they'd use them.
Now my assumption is US Agent is the wide release
Yeah the black suit repaint of him as US Agent is part of the Disney+ wave with Wanda, Vision, Zemo, Falcon, Bucky, and Loki. Pics of all except Loki and Falcon have already leaked and will probably be officially revealed later in April or early May when the Falcon/WS series is done. Falcon is in his new Captain America outfit and the BAF is his huge set of wings

Sweet. Pre-Ordered 2 of them so I'd get free shipping. Just hope Walmart doesn't screw it up because finding this in the store is impossible for me.
I specially mean the body buck. Not them building on top of an old buck. You are fight, this would require a new mold. Why not build on top of say the Retro Spider-man buck or the Snake Eye body from their Gi Joe line?
Yes it's not a case of just going "Just use that body".
To save costs they reuse parts. At this point though they have assets they give to their designers. They build on top of Buck A or Buck B.
When they made a big enough change that does require a new mold to be produced.
But they can still choose to use a new body buck.
You think Hasbro is contractually blocked from using say the Retro Spider-man buck with this Captain America?
A newer body for Captain America? This is a brand new, show accurate mold created specifically for this character.
He is so bought!
Lodge 49 toys are off to a weird start.
Can't full for the full Disney+ Wave. I like this figure more than I like the character/actor, but ordered it because I'm hungry for some new Avengers Legends.
They also got an exclusive on the 80th anniversary version

Is the series over already that they are trotting this out that fast? They didn't put out images of the Wandavision figures until the series was pretty much over.
Also there were some leaks last week about the show's figures in the Disney+ wave so I'm assuming they're just going ahead with it now.
