NECA has shared new in and out of packaging photos for their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series – Ultimate Foot Soldier 7″ Scale Figure. The figure comes packed in a VHS inspired flapped window box. The Foot soldier includes interchangeable portraits, multiple rifles, a pistol, two swords, throwing stars, a fan, a hat, a spear, and more. In the US, the figure will be exclusive to Target. No info was shared on when this will be available. Check out the new photos after the jump.

I quit caring about the toon stuff a while back. It’s neat for those interested. Good luck. Be nice if ultimates could be everywhere seeing they are more expensive. But....deals...contracts...and such.
I foolishly bought the Ultimates figures without realizing they are like 8 inches compared to the 6 inch NECA Toon ones.
I really wish they'd have done the Ultimates in the same scale as the NECA stuff. Now I'm worried my Thundercats Ultimates figures on order will be too tall to go with my NECA Turtles display, too.
