Alien vs Predator – Scar Predator Bust “Updated Version” by CoolProps

Back in 2018, a Life Size Scar Predator Bust was announced by CoolProps. The bust has been in development since then, with releases pushed back multiple times as they worked on improving the look of the bust. CoolProps has announced that they have completely reworked the Alien vs Predator Life Size Scar Predator Bust to be more accurate to the film. They worked closely with Amalgamated Dynamics Inc. (aka ADI Studio), who worked on the creature effects for the film, to update the bust. They have redone the face sculpt and added new teeth. They have also re-sculpted the armor pieces to be more accurate. The paint job has been completely reworked as well.

The Scar Predator Bust, which is still up for pre-order via Sideshow Collectibles, is now due for release between February and March of 2021. It is priced at $1,299. Only 250 pieces will be available. You can see details and the new photos after the jump.

We are pleased to announce the new updated version for AVP SCAR PREDATOR.

This movie accurate bust is based on the original screen-used suit, originally created by ADI studios. During the past few months, this lifesize bust has been reworked to offer an upgraded version with a new face sculpt, new teeth and new refined hard surface elements (such as shoulder plates, armors and back pack…). The dreads were individually reworked as well with a new surface treatment. And finally, ADI Studios did the Art Direction for the brand new paint job.
