DC Multiverse - Last Knight On Earth Figures by McFarlane Toys

Oh HELL yes.
I gotta assume we're getting a Joker head with the Batman too, because there's no way you can't include that.
Sooooooooo......... these are freaking cool!
Can not wait to see the Bane that's going to carry around Scarecrow!
These are beautiful figures of edgy renditions of characters that just don't interest me. However, Todd's going to have to run out of these Dark Knight Metal/other elsewords renditions eventually. Let's hope the sales justify the license to survive until then.
Also love how these are the before-articulations prototypes, with the unbroken leg/torso sculpts. I can visualize that when it comes to finally adding those articulations, Todd's heart just break a little and a single tear slowly falls from his eye.

I'm not entirely sold on that Wonder Woman or Omega but that Scarecrow is really cool and I like the look of that straight jacket batman. I've been hoping to see more of the Batman villains done by McFarlane toys. So while this isn't a straightup version of Scarecrow it's definitely a good sign for future characters. I still think it's criminal how few Mr. Freeze figures exist. And even then I think only the DC Superheroes one from Mattel was the closest to what I'd want though it was always undersized and weirdly proportioned.
More Batman...

Looking forward to the baf in this wave. Need a cool bane in my collection. I see deathstroke is up on amazon for preorder now.
Looks like I'll be getting another TPB for catch up. I was super on top of things through end(ish) of New 52, then a pop at Rebirth, but fell out, and of course all this is based on that stuff
This arrangement is working out pretty good for both sides, right now…DC and McFarlane. I stopped reading comics during New 52, but all of these recent toys have made me want to read the correlating stories. Incidentally, that's how I started buying comics again all those years ago. When I saw the ToyFare issue with the "Hush" Jason Todd exclusive, I just had to buy the books to find out more.
I guess McFarlane doesn't care that people want something other than Batman. This was a wild story, but it worked. I wanna see the Joker Robin. I've given up that he will do anything more than Batman 90% of the time. What does this say about Marvel Legends. They are 6" and not as detailed. Would people be willing to buy 7" Marvel Legends. McFarlane seems to be doing more for the same price. Its not all reused parts either.
i cant tell if ww has her scars
and i dont like the look of the omega batman he looks like
a animated ver of him, idk something about the head shape, and as
cool as this scarecrow is youre buying half a figure.
I know that Bane is the BAF but only limiting it to 4 figures ? It'll be intresting to see how they split him up.
So little note on toys who wear helmets: sculpt should start with a blank human head and build up from there. That way two things happen, placement of eyes and ears makes sense, and the helmet doesn't look so small.
I hope DC sees what a shitt job he is doing and strips the license away from him to give it a real toy company.
yeah the issue there Dr.Kain, is that dc direct died so I think Mcfarlane is the only figure company that sells DC figures for 20. I know there's the other 6" line but thats mostly aimed at younger childern.
My real issue other than all the Batmen is that he is just killing off all his other lines. I don't play Fortnite but the figures are great. The new one I got from Amazon of Bigmouth might be the best one yet, and from what it looks like will be his last Fortnite figure.
So... Fortnite, Dead, Harry Potter, Dead, Borderlands, Dead, Star Trek, dead.
Mortal Kombat seems to be the only line besides Batman that he is still doing things for.
