During today’s Marvel Legends Fan First Friday (the last of the year), Hasbro shared a look at some 6″ scale new items. Like most of their live streams, some of these items will be available for pre-order later today. Below, you can find a breakdown of the new info. I knew they'd release a solo version but still. For the consumer it would have been better if the dusty version was in the two pack and the solo deadpool was proper colors.
Ah well.
Honestly hating these new House of X figures. I dropped the storyline pretty early on, but it seems dumb to me that 40-something Jean Grey is back in her Marvel Girl outfit. And not even an alternate portrait without the silly mask? No alternate portraits for Magneto or Wolverine but we get a silly 80s rocker hair for the Sentinel?
Least enthusiastic I've been about a X-men wave in awhile. Basically ordered two Moiras just for the bodies for customs.
Yeah I only want Wolverine, Jean, and Moira. Easy pass on the rest. I'm glad the BAF isn't a figure I want or need. Definitely one of the weaker X-Men waves in my opinion.
Wow. I'm impressed with what they did with Moira... lab coat with alternate lab coat arms and an alt headsculpt too... I hope that is the future. Kinda disappointed with the lack of more reveals though.
How many more Wolverine variants could they do? I'm hoping we see a Red, White and Blood version from the best Wolverine mold Hasbro has done

If this Deadpool had been the one in the two pack then it wouldn't have sold nearly as well as it has because people would've just been waiting for the clean release. Hasbro knew that NTW wasn't strongly desired but DP was so they could guarantee moving the set just based on his presence. Now selling burnt DP on his own is just them scraping in extra money since it's a unique mold. They handled this in almost the most business-minded way possible, which is what they need to do to make profit.
Still no Death's Head, though. Bummer.

Only one pic, but the classic Nova looks wrong to me.
Ive never heard anyone ask for a Moira Mctagert figure and that one looks like a Barbie doll, seems like it would be a peg warmer and there are a lot of other cool characters I would prefer, or even beast again since hes so hard to find.I would have preferred an arcade game sentinel drone over that version of a sentinel. Seems to me like hasbro is getting lazy with the repacks repaints and updated profiles.
^ I wanted a Moira... not House of X Moira though, but since she comes with the lab coat I am gonna get her. I think Moira will be the 2nd most popular figure from that wave behind Jean Grey. I was wrong about Gwen Stacy though... even with an alt MJ head retro Gwen didn't sell all that well... never would have guessed Gwen Stacy becoming a pegwarmer.
