A variant of the Rhino Alien has been revealed by NECA Toys. The 7″ scale figure pays homage to the variant Rhino Alien from the Kenner Toys Aliens action figure line. While the original release was a mix of reds, and oranges, the new release has a paint deco more in line with a traditional Xenomorph color scheme. The figure is about 10″ tall. Look for the Ultimate Rhino Alien Version 2 Figure to be released in January. It’s priced at $40. Pre-order at the links below, and see photos after the jump.

Aliens - Kenner Tribute Rhino Alien Variant Figure by NECA
I know nothing about Aliens or this specific one but the coloring is beautiful.
I like the new coloring a lot better but no way am I buying another Rhino Alien just for a deco change.
I wish neca would reissue the older Kenner tribute figures. They are just to high right now. I should have bit early on, but I had no space for them.
I haven't gotten around to picking up the first rhino alien yet so I might just wait for this one now. I actually am partial to garish Kenner-accurate colors (I love having NECA's lava planet predator and mantis alien) but this one looks like it could fit in with the regular figures too.
