Kahn looks amazing. So does Lui. Okay here is the thing, why, why doesn't McFarlane do a better job with photos. That Lui Kang photo should have NEVER been released with that paint issue. I am assuming that what that is as I no longer game...but yeah.

McFarlane needs to contact me to take photos, or toyark, or whoever....I mean come one, you are a professional company looking to expand your consumer base.

I have no idea why they have a "Dune" watermark on that Shao Kahn photo.

Agree with you. I not very handy at all... but even I could fix those skin tags Lui Kang has growing on his chest.

Same parent company ours both franchises (WarnerMedia, LLC) may well be a hint that Dune figures are coming soon or perhaps there's a Dune guest appearance in MK11 which is also getting a figure.

There is no Dune guest character in MK11, honestly that would be a terrible idea.

Never say never. They're not done with MK11 DLC. Additional characters have been teased. That said, it's more likely they'll do Dune skins for existing characters as they did with DC.

Thanks so much McFarlane. They just came in time.
Within the last Months I tought
"Please McFarlane, we need Liu Kang and Shao Kahn"
    And BAM here they are.

The MCFarlane Mortal Kombat Figures have a
    very High Quality overall.
I own Raiden, Sub Zero, Scorpion.
    All are very durable, posable.

Very good Quality for such a small Price Range of 20$-30$

They may not be done with content for the game but Dune just seems like a terrible fit for any kind of content in the fighting game which is known for its over the top violence. Every other licensed guest-type add on for the Mortal Kombat series has been R-rated (or its media equivalent) so they can keep up with the rest of the roster in terms of brutally murdering each other. Freddy Krueger, Kratos (if you were on Playstation), Jason Voorhees, Leatherface, Alien, Predator, Terminator, Robocop, Spawn, and Joker are all characters who either directly source from or have been in material which is intended for an adult audience so they all kind of fit in with these other characters that are tearing each other apart with extreme gore. There are much better candidates for guest-spotting in MK11 than Dune.

I bet McFarlane is working on figures for the upcoming Dune film. The designer was using the MK Photoshop document as a starting point because they may have had actions/adjustment layers associated with it that they wanted to use rather than recreate. The "Dune" watermark was on another layer and he forgot to delete it. Only thing I can think of.

FYI, it was already announced that McFarlane is working on Dune figures. I reported on it back in May.

Seriously posting promo pics with peeling paint is horrendous. Why would I expect the production quality to be any better?
