Star Ace Toys has revealed a few new statues based on the creatures of legendary special effects master Ray Harryhausen. They have previously opened up pre-orders for statues based on One Million Years B.C., which featured the Triceratops and Allosaurus. The new statues include the Cyclops from Jason and the Argonauts and Ymir from 20 Million Miles to Earth. These will be part of their SuperVinyl Series statues, and those stand roughly 12″ tall. They also previewed a Defo-Real Cyclops, which stands about 6″ tall.
Pricing and release dates have not been announced at this time. Pre-orders should go live in the near future. Check out the new photos after the jump.
Ray Harryhausen Cyclops and Ymir Statues by Star Ace Toys

After missing out on the NECA Leatherhead and Slash set yesterday, this was the news I needed to hear. Both of those Cyclops are going to be mine. Absolutely beautiful.
If they made his insectoid Moon men or his War of the Worlds test footage alien I'd be all over these!
Wow they look fantastic!
These are awesome and as long as the price isn't too crazy, I'm going to pre order the cyclops. Hope this is the start of them producing more creatures from his films.
I am holding out hope for some Clash of the Titans. Medusa, Calibos, and the Kraken will be almost impossible for me to pass up.

Star Ace does a great job with these vinyls.
"...The new statues include the Cyclops from Jason and the Argonauts..."
Wrong. the Cyclops was from The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad, Not Jason an the Argonauts.

Yeah... they do look pretty good
These are awesome statues! ^^ I wish Ray Harryhausen himself was alive to see how they came out.
Looks like they're all vinyl figures...either one piece or with limited swivel articulation. Also Kaiyodo made revoltech skeletons a while back, they weren't very good though,IMO.
