Like yesterday’s numerous TMNT announcements, NECA is going to offer multiple updates, previews, and announcements throughout today. Instead of splitting these up into multiple posts, we’ll have a central daily news post where we will update with the Comic-Con @Home updates for the day. Today, NECA is going to be sharing news on their Predator and Back to the Future lines (and possibly others). You can see any available images after the jump.
Predator Updates
#1 NECA has announced that Tristan Jones, who has worked on the Aliens comics for Dark Horse Comics, will be doing the artwork for their Predator 2 30th Anniversary line up. They shared some artwork previews.
#2 New packaging artwork, by Tristan Jones, has been revealed for the Predator 2 Lost Tribe Ultimate Figures. The previews show a near finished Armored Lost Predator packaging preview, and sketches for the other.
#3 A Battle Damaged Ultimate City Hunter Predator has been announced.
#4 Preview of some of the weapons that will be included with the Lost Tribe Predator figures. Still in-progress, but a nice advanced preview.
Back To The Future
#1 New photos of the factory samples for the Back to the Future Animated Series 6″ Figures.
#2 Final in packaging photos have been posted for the Back to the Future “Tales From Space” Marty McFly Ultimate Figure.
#3 Another batch of final packaging photos. This time for the Back to the Future 1985 Marty McFly Ultimate Figure.
#4 NECA revealed a Doc Brown Ultimate Figure for their Back to the Future line!
Since they're slow dripping news all week, going to condense each day into a single news post starting today. So the below link will be updated throughout the day. Will bump it up to the top of the front page every 3rd or 4th update, or if something is a major announcement. Today they are doing Predator (morning) and Back to the Future (late afternoon).
NECA Comic-Con at Home 2020 Wednesday Announcements including Predator and Back to the Future
An Ultimate Battle Armor Lost Predator is my all-time wanted Predator release...so glad that it's happening and that it's almost here! I loved the original but the loose hips and elbows that barely bend 10 degrees (if that) were a real bummer.
Still no Mike Harrigan announcement. I know, I know...probably never happening, but still. The people want it, NECA!

Yeah, I noticed that. Has Randy ever commented on the figure in any way? Cited lack of interest for why they aren't making it? Likeness issues/cost?
Wow, I can finally replace my crumbling McFarlane city hunter.
NECA Comic-Con at Home 2020 Wednesday Announcements including Predator and Back to the Future
Updated throughout the day. Predator updates are done (nothing earth shattering). Now onto Back to the Future, with new pics of the Animated line.
More BTTF pics added.
I love the description/backstory for Lost Predator.
Loving the Doc Brown. Perfect.
Finally! I was waiting for this figure before I committed to a single BTTF Ultimate Figure.

I can’t wait for a 2015 Doc Brown.
BTTF 2 is the superior movie, fight me
This. This is why neca will always be god among men. These sculpts. Breathe-taking.
Dare I say doc brown is second only to the 4 movie turtles. Which in my opinion are the greatest works of art in the 6-7 inch scale.
Of course all this means crap with out the time machine.

Add-on.... I’d be totally in for the cast of “CLUE”. Which of course along with “Adventures in babysitting” make up the greatest cinematic creations of the 20th century.
I haven’t checked his Facebook page yet, but I’m sure the Doc Brown head sculpt is by Trevor Grove. The man sculpts some of the best portraits in the industry.
Still hoping we might get 1985 white Jumpsuit Doc too.
I kind of wish their 1955 Doc figure was without the labcoat, since he didn't wear it many in the 1955 scenes. Making the main part of the coat removable and offering alternate arms of his shirt underneath would have been perfect and motivated me to buy two of this figure for both versions.
I'm also disappointed that he doesn't come with his mind-reading machine to wear on his head. And what's with that blueprint? Is that his mansion? I don't recall seeing that in the film. Weird accessory to include with him instead of the more obvious mind-reading machine. His little 1955 mini television and TV stand would have been a good accessory to include too for Marty's camcorder to connect to.
I love the unique "Tales from Space" packaging for radiation suit Marty. Has NECA indicated if this Marty will get a regular release, or is it supposed to be some kind of exclusive? The fact that it was held back from preorder unlike the other wave 1 figures shown at Toy Fair in February, and the unique packaging, made me fear it was going to be a hard to get exclusive either for SDCC or some other venue.
Great Scott!! Doc looks amazing! Is that a 2-up sculpt? That detail is really impressive.
The Back to the Future reveals are good but am a little dissapointed we didn't get more Predator. They made it seem like there was so much more. I want to see how their new Shaman looks and what NECA has done for his bio-mask.
Well they are still revealing more tomorrow and Friday right?
