SDCC 2020 Exclusive Predator 2 - City Demon Predator Figure by NECA

Looks cool. Will pick up for sure but am disappointed we won't get Harrigan. Its pretty much confirmed that we are getting 10 ultimate plus this exclusive. Nine of the ultimates are the lost tribe and the 10th based on Randy's replies on twitter looks like it will be an ultimate battle damaged city hunter.
Predator 2 City Demon Predator Ultimate Figure - SDCC 2020 Exclusive by NECA - Toyark Exclusive Photo Shoot

Yeah this year would have been the logical time to do a Harrigan figure for the 30th anniversary, and with the indication that he's not coming, I guess we'll never get that character.
I wish NECA would reissue the trophy wall and skull pack since we're getting the Lost Tribe figures this year. The wall and skull pack have gone up a lot in price on ebay and aren't even listed very much on there so it's hard to get them in the secondary market now.
Nice photos and review Joe, as usual.
Looking forward to this especially when I was thinking of putting my Jungle Demon Pradator into storage cause he was looking alone, lost, and out of place in my shelves.
Boss Gallery and figure. Really dig the lightning shots!
Great gallery of photos! The paint work looks excellent, I just generally dislike clear plastic figures. I have the biggest problems with them lasting.
For the most part, all I can think while looking at these photos is Sub-Zero Predator. Looks like a predator with ice powers. I do love ice powered characters though.
Predator: The Quickening
If they are putting out multiple figures for The Predator 2 anniversary, then this year is probably the last shot at getting that figure announced. I wouldn’t be surprised if he was eventually released in a 2-pack with an updated Battle Damaged City Hunter.
You could release an L.A. Battle standard release with his sick pistol and shotgun, a meat factory variant with tactical vest, sawed off shotgun and M16 along with an extended spear or a City Hunter mask accessory, a battle damaged final battle variant with a predator net, and a collapsed and extended smart disc, they could even release an ash-covered variant for a convention exclusive with flintlock pistol just to get mileage out of the mold.
There are just so many possibilities with this guy, fans have been clamoring for him for years and with how many other risks NECA often takes I can’t see how this of all the things they’ve released, constantly get’s the shaft. I’d really hate to have to wait fir a 35th anniversary just to have NECA ignore Harrigan once again.
It’s probably not about demand anymore. At this point, the hold up is likely the cost to get his likeness or his unwillingness to allow it.
We’ve seen them put in the effort guys like Carl Weathers and Jesse Ventura and despite those efforts coming up fruitless at least you could tell they tried. But when it comes to a Mike Harrigan figure the effort is a lot less obvious or rather nonexistent in comparison. The responses we’ve had from NECA over the years with Danny Glover lean mostly towards limited sales potential rather than Glover straight up saying no.
Oh well here’s to hoping... At least we’re getting an updated lost tribe...

Regarding Adrien Brody, the fact he isn't in many action movies is irrelevant. Remember they gave us Paul Riser ... I for one don't buy the characters for the love of the actor rather the love of the character. That said, his character in Predators isn't aweful and his physique is actually closer to a real spec ops soldier than Dutch. Contrary to 1980s movie your average commando isn't a body builder. A Royce figure would also be a good buck for soldier customs. Anyway, i know it's unlikely i'm well past expecting that to ever happen.
While we're wish-listing, how about a Jerry Lambert 2-pack with the City Hunter? He could come with his little golf ball and a terrified expression on his face. After all, NECA already has used Bill Paxton's face.
The Predator could come with a sound effect instead of a light up one, where it says "Want some candy?"

Yup. Gonna need this.
