DC Comics – Hush MAFEX Preview

Posted on June 23, 2020 at 9:04 am by Joe Moore under DC Toy News

MAFEX Hush

A new magazine scan making the rounds gives us a look at the upcoming MAFEX Hush. The figure is based on the DC Comics villain, and dangerous foe of Batman. We’ve previously seen MAFEX version of Batman, Catwoman, and Superman from the Hush story arc. The magazine scan, which comes from Toyzfrontline, shows Hush will include three swap out portraits, interchangeable hands, two pistols, and more. This version of Hush is based on the “Jason Todd” Hush, who was actually revealed to be Clayface in disguise.

There’s no word on pricing or a release date at this time. We’ll update with further photos and details as they become available. Read on for the magazine scan.

    So... Mafex Clayface?

Sadly the legs look very restricted; I wonder what the range of movement is like here.

Wouldn't it be the Clayface Hush and the normal hush since the emblems are swappable?

Well technically that was REALLY jason todd and clayface todd switched places after he disappeared behind the tombstone.

Looks great. Still waiting on the other HUSH series figures. Looks like its going to be the same trench coat as the Gambit figure. Makes one think this figure could be used for customs or swap outs (Two Face, Red Skull, Darkman?)

Not sure why they're not giving him a fabric coat, since Gambit is getting one.

I like the general look of this guy, but man... That bare neck with the Hush head (lets face it that's how pretty much everyone is going to display him) really looks off with the bandages to me.. Hopefully they'll give him a swappable neck? I also wonder if he'll have any pistol holsters too, can't tell from the pictures.. They're kind of a must for Hush. A smiling Hush would have been nice or, you know the other obvious one would have been a Bruce Wayne head too... At least we're getting a cool import Clayface figure out of it.. Ha

    pre-ordered.
This Mafex comic stuff looks like it could actually be considered a line eventually. That would be mind blowing to have, like, at least 30 of these Hush figures all lined up on the shelf. Will take a few years but I'll wait. I'm in it for the long haul.

Despites the QC.....hmmm, what will it be this time? Any predictions? I'm going with shit ankles on this one.
