Over the weekend, Kotobukiya revealed the concept illustration for their upcoming DC Comics- Mera Bishoujo Statue. The statue was originally announced back a Winter Wonder Festival 2020, along with an umber of others. In the current DC Comics run, Mera is the reigning Queen of Atlantis, and partner to Arthur Curry, aka Aquaman. Like Aquaman, she defends both land and sea in the hopes that one day their will be peace between the two civilizations.
As with all of the Bishoujo statues, the artwork was created by Shunya Yamashita. The Bishoujo Statue line from Kotobukiya are 1/7 scale statues, and stand roughly 7″ to 8″ tall. The Mera statue is listed for a 2021 release. We will update with photos of the statue and new details as they become available. you can see the concept art after the jump.
