Sideshow Collectibles has opened up pre-orders for a gruesome new statue, featuring one of horrors most iconic creatures. The upcoming collectibles is being produced by a company called Dream Figures. The Lycan Statue stands over 27″ tall. It features a full forest style diorama base, and a number of dismembered victims of the werewolf, with body parts strewn about. Blood covers the werewolf and the base, and a number of arrows are embedded in the creature, showing signs of the fight that led to the scene.
The Lycan Statue is priced at $1,200, with payment plans available. It will be released some time between January 2021 and April of 2021. See photos and official details after the jump.
Lycosura, ancient Greece Fearful of the gods, its ruler offered Zeus blood sacrifices … Blood of innocent travelers, whose bodies became part of the banquet. Nothing is wasted at Licaon’s house. One day a traveler arrived at his door. Warned that he could be a God, Lycaon offered him a place at his table. The wrath of God was such that it destroyed everything … “Lycaon they call you and in Lycan you will become” Those were the last words of the great ZEUS. Every decade, Licaon has the opportunity to redeem himself, he simply needs not to eat human flesh … He has not yet succeeded to this day.
Sideshow and Dream Figures proudly present the second project of Dream Figures’ classic terror line. Based on the myths and literature of the monster genre LYCAN is a great statue. This quarter scale centerpiece focuses on the main characteristics of the Monster: brutality, bloody, savage … taking care of all the details and bringing an awesome and terrorific look.

Who buys this shit?
Ummmm, Werewolf fans. Underworld series of films were pretty good.
I agree with the statement above...
I be a werewolf fan and this statue be greats!
One question, though: Can we stop shortening things to be cool? It makes the chilrens' illiterate. The proper nomenclature is "lycanthrope". Best to learn these kids proper like...
That's pretty badass.
It's always refreshing to see something that isn't based an already established property but, gotta question what kind of person is gonna want this shit on their shelf, looking at it day in and day out.
Saying this as someone who is a a huge fan of Shawn Nagle's garage kit of Bernie Wrightson's 'Mine' from back in the day too.
It looks awesome.
