Two new Godzilla figures debuted by NECA at Toy Fair 2020. That includes the new Godzilla 1989 Figure, and the Godzilla 12″ Head-To-Tail Figure from Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S. (2003). NECA has released official pics and details. The figure will stand about 6″ tall, with 30 points of articulation. Godzilla comes packed in a flapped window box. It is due out in stores this in June.
NECA is excited to introduce the next iteration for the most famous kaiju in the world, Godzilla!
Based on its appearance in the 2003 film, Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S, Godzilla stands approximately 6” tall and measures 12” long from head to tail. Featuring over 30 points of articulation and an articulated tail, this Godzilla from the Millenium Era will come packed in collector friendly window box packaging with opening flap.

Toy Fair 2020 - Godzilla Figure from Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S by NECA

Saddened he doesn't come with a beam effect, nor that he will be able to look up, but he does look great. Of course, it sucks NECA will not give us a Mothra to go with him.
NECA finally gets the complete Toho license and the ability to make other Toho monsters, but keeps churning out nothing but Godzilla figures. *groan*
Kiryu/Mechagodzilla better be on his way so this Godzilla actually has someone to fight for once. Geez.
That said, this figure DOES look mighty good. But give us some other monsters, NECA!
This is one of the few MonsterArts that I have.
I'll still get the NECA one though.
It is cheap enough and looks great.
Yeah this looks fantastic, their paint work has improved so much since they started with Godzillas.
I'll still get the NECA one though.

Funny, my birthday is next month and I've been hinting to my girlfriend that I want the SH Monsterarts Tokyo SOS version of Kiryu/Mechagodzilla since it's obvious that NECA will never get around to making it (or any other Toho monster, fucking boo).
That said, the Monsterarts Kiryu is 6-inch scale. Anyone have any idea how he'd scale with NECA's figure here?
*EDIT* Actually, I just watched a review on YouTube and Kiryu scales really, really well with NECA's Godzilla figures! Cool.
