Kotobukiya has shared photos and details for their updated DC Comics – Batwoman Bishoujo Statue 2nd Edition. The statue, which was originally released back in 2015, now features a new metallic paint finish, and the cape has replaced the matte black with a high gloss look, and the skin has been painted almost pure white to mimic her early comic appearance. The statue includes both masked and unmasked portraits. The 1/7 scale statue stands a little under 10″ tall. Official details:
To commemorate the new Batwoman TV series, Batwoman returns as a BISHOUJO statue once again!
The body suit has been changed to an all new metallic paint, giving this product a more realistic shine. The cape also includes paint that shines in the light, compared to the previous matte finish. The porcelain skin that can be seen on this figure look similar to that of the original comic book renditions of Batwoman.
This statue comes with an additional head part that showcases an unmasked Batwoman.
*This statue comes with a new package design and revamped paint job compared to the 2015 edition of Batwoman.
Look for the Batwoman 2nd Edition to be released in January 2020. Pre-orders should be going live soon for the statue. Check out the photos after the jump.
DC Comics - Batwoman Bishoujo Statue 2nd Edition by Kotobukiya

Pretty sad how this second release is turning out. I can understand the bland white look with the masked portrait since that is how she looks in the comics, but bland white for the unmasked? She looks like a zombie, or had been dead for awhile. At best, it looks like an unfinished paint job.
I really dislike the character anyway, but I really liked the first release as a figure and was waiting to pick it up on re-release. But oh well....
Haven't bought a Bishoujo in a long time but I'm pretty tempted to pick this one up.
