WF2019S Reviltech Harley Quinn 001

On display at Wonder Festival Summer 2019 was the new DC Comics – Revoltech Harley Quinn 6″ Scale Figure. Previously, we had only seen the unpainted prototype. The figure looks to include a baseball bat, interchangeable hands, and a comics effects piece. The figure is set for release in December at a price of 7,500 Yen (about $69 USD). The photos come courtesy of Amiami Hobby News. See them after the jump.

... Harley Quinn? Really? Huh. Gotta say, didn’t see that one coming.

Don’t like the character though so that's an easy pass.

Looks like fun. Compare with Figuarts.

The design they used for the Figuarts version was vomit-inducing. This one looks much better, but nothing will ever compare to the old-school Animated Series design.

I think she looks fantastic, I just don't buy revoltech figures.

This is one of thise things I never actually considered but it works due to the characters acrobatic and nimble style. Might be down for this, I hope there are more accessories than that tho

The body and articulation look fantastic, but the anime face will ruin it for me. Looks like one of those overly sexy statues that we see so many import companies make.

I brought forward the comparison because to me, they look very similar.

We agree on one point: Bruce Timm's Harley was definitive.

I'm most surprised at how thick she is. So many females from JP companies have rail thin limbs, Psylocke was like that. A nice departure so she won't feel so frail.

As documented in this very thread, I don’t like Harley Quinn but they did some mighty fine work here. The image posted by Joe above almost makes it look like a statue, only the elbow joints and the seams at the shoulders give it away really.

Considering how ugly the joints used to look on these figures it's quite amazing to see.

Thumbs up, if I had any interest in the character I’d buy one.

They definitely did a great job. I haven't gotten into the DC Yamaguchi line, but might have to end up getting Batman and Deathstroke now......

If I were still buying everything I'd get her, but I'm gonna stick with the Mezco. Hopefully AY puts out a Joker to go with her though, then maybe I'd pick her up too.

Going by Revoltech's recent Iron Man, they might be moving away from clicky joints to some extent. IIRC, the majority of the joints in their Iron Man are smooth joints like you'd see with other companies' 6-inch figures.
