The Dark Knight Two Face 1/6th Scale Collectible Figure
“The night is darkest just before the dawn. And I promise you…the dawn is coming.”
The Joker tied up Harvey Dent, and when Batman attempts to save him, an explosion set off caused half of Harvey burnt, disfiguring him in The Dark Knight. The tragedy leaves Dent traumatized, mentally disturbing him into insanity, blaming Batman for his condition. Harvey always carries around a coin that he flips to determine whether he will do a good or evil deed.
After 11 years of Hot Toys’ first release of the figure, we are excited to revisit this villain – Two Face in 1/6th scale collectible figure from The Dark Knight. Skillfully crafted by our two incredibly talented painting artists and head sculptor at Hot Toys – JC. Hong and Yulli, this amazing figure is one of our Toy Fair Exclusive items this year only available in selected markets!
The movie-accurate collectible figure is specially crafted based on the image of Aaron Eckhart as Two Face/Harvey Dent in the movie featuring a newly developed head sculpt with half burned face, finely tailored suit with burnt marks, highly-detailed weapon and accessories including pistol, glass with drink, badge, coins, and a movie-themed figure stand.
The Dark Knight collection wouldn’t be complete without this Two Face collectible figure.

The Dark Knight - Two Face Figure by Hot Toys

Way to strike while the iron is hot, eh? Didn't Hot Toys already do a TDK Two Face 10-11 years ago when the film came out? Seems like an odd choice for a SDCC exclusive in 2019. Why not a Joaquim Phoenix Joker or something a little more current instead?
If Hot Toys is still willing to do characters from movie franchises like this that are a decade or more older, I wish they'd give us a Michelle Pfeiffer Catwoman to go with the other Tim Burton Batman characters they produced a few years ago. She's the big missing hole in my Burton Batman detolf shelf.

It does seem like a weird decision. To me, the fact that this particular character is singled out for a Toy Fair "exclusive" indicates a very small run and limited demand expectations. My guess as an outsider is that the figure was actually made some time ago, but the release was halted, and it's been sitting in a warehouse awaiting spring cleaning, and now it's being spun as an "exclusive" at a venue where there might be some hope of finding a few buyers, e.g., would-be scalpers.
Two Face needed an update badly. I’m glad this is happening but I don’t see how this is a $250 + shipping figure. The original had the additional head and coat so he could be either Harvey or Two Face. It is what it is. I likely won’t be getting it, but if it is ever on sale at Sideshow I may pick it up.
